I can't be too harsh on these guys because I get it - being understaffed sucks for both them and the customers. Some of this isn't even their fault, from what I've been told. They just suck at scheduling properly. Late nights are more likely to be a wait, and they WILL have a wait on the weekends, or after a big Newberry show. I have noticed during the day, it's not an issue in the vast majority of cases.
On the topic of food, it's great, and for me, they rarely ever get it wrong, except maybe for putting tomatoes on a no tomatoes item more often than they really should be. That's not a deal breaker, I can pick them off, I just don't like tomatoes.
I docked a star mostly because some of the people there really need to learn customer service skills if they're going to be in a customer facing job. They clearly hate it, so they really need to be elsewhere. Most of the workers besides select few though, are, for the most part, great.
All in all, it's fine for what they got. I just recommend the west or east side location over these guys at night if you don't want to wait a long time.
It took them 15 minutes to take my order after I walked in. After I ordered my food, I then waited for 45 minutes to actually get it. There were cars filling the drive through and about 15 of us all waiting for our food inside. This is by far the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to.
Took forever! Foods good, its typical taco bell. Lots of options, cheap. This location is just slow. Cashier was arm wrestling another customer? Yikes.
This is one of the worst Taco Bell’s I have ever been to. The food is either cold or wrong EVERY TIME. Just spent $50 on food for a group and got home only to find several missing items and the ones we got made wrong. It’s like they don’t even care. I know it’s convenient, but save your money. You certainly won’t get what you’ve paid for.
The food was not great, my chicken quesadilla was not even grilled right. It was floppy and warm. Not crunchy and hot. It also wasn't even cut all the way. My food was not wrapped tight so it got cold fast and my taco fell apart because it was not wrapped right. They didn't do chicken crunch wraps, even though I asked, they were both beef. It was just not a great experience.
I ordered my food inside. After about 10 minutes the girl the room my order went on her 30 minute break. I was still waiting when she got back. In total I waited in the store 55 minutes for my order! They were only going to give me coupons when I brought it up at 40 minutes. I can't believe it took another 25 to get me my food and a refund. What a joke! Drive thru times were great I'm sure. I've been managing restaurants for 20 years and I would have made sure that the guest was better taken care of when a mistake was made. It's doubtful I'll ever go back and I'll be the first person to tell every one I know about this experience. Online and in person. I have little faith that taco bell will care enough to do anything about it
Never got treated so bad. Employees are too high to function and messed up my order. Asked to talk to a manager and the manager was not helpful at all and was just plain out rude.
The drive-thru server seemed high as the sky! My order was so mangled and it took an act of God to convince him that it wasn't right! The items barely had any meat as well!!! SMDH :'(
This is a local gem that requires an enthusiastic love of government cheese. This isn't authentic Mexican or even Tex Mex. I've heard it called Rez Mex and couldn't have coined a better phrase. Keep your Tums handy and drench everything in their sals
Wendy's remains the best value for our family of six. This location had great service and nailed our large order on the first try.
Nowhere else can I feed my wife and four kids for $25. Wendy's rocks!
This is probably the best taco bell experience I've had. The food always tastes fresh and they get my order right almost every time! (Occasional mix ups happen and when it has they've been quick to fix em.)
We were stopped in for something active and fun for our daughter to do on our road trip and it was perfect. The staff here are so friendly, welcoming and helpful.
We had a great time as a family. They have the perfect number of kid friendly routes
Great store, with great people. FNM usually has a good group, and renting board games is a great option for weekend groups! One of the best stores in Great falls.
This park is a must see if youâre visiting Great Falls. From the springs to the long trail, all is beautiful to view. The park has restrooms, a vending machine to purchase drinks, and a leave one take one library. It is dog friendly. 10/10 Experien
I've been using Peak as my go to fitness center since I got into running over a year ago. There's no place I'd rather go. Two locations, tons of equipment (including water), friendly staff, and good hours. All of this for a decent price. Can't beat i
This is the highest rated place to eat in all of a Great Falls, (4.8 on Google and the only 5.0 on Yelp) and that includes âSmoked American BBQâ (which is near perfection). Itâs for one reason - the most important reason - the food. The food h
We decided to come here for breakfast because the ratings were excellent. There is a reason for that! The food is delicious, the staff are very friendly and attentive. It's a small place, but worth the wait if there is a line. We were down here for t
Warm and cozy coffee place offering gluten and dairy free options for those with allergies.
The gluten and dairy free cupcake was amazing and had great texture and flavor. I ordered my Americano and could not have been more delighted. Firm, bold fla
I had already eaten a piece of bacon when I took the picture, but damn was this delicious and I haven't had a portion of bacon this size in years. Service was also great despite it filling up fast with the early lunch crowd. We will go back!
Beautiful museum! Somehow I didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised at the nicely curated collection of art and area history. Very educational and well spaced for ease of viewing. Gift shop was also great with a very good selection.
Beautiful park. Flowers in the garden area were beautiful this time of year. I took these pictures from my car. I didn't have time to go park and walk through the garden area. I definitely will go back.
