A service here is really poor the quality of food that they serve is really poor they don't even take the time out to evenly portion what you buy. Which is really sad after I spent 60 bucks. I got food that was worthless. If you look closely at the pitcher, you will see that the beans an meat is not evenly distribute among the pizza
It's a pretty building with bad service. Order never right. Two nights ago takes the cake. This is NOT an accident. Yes there was a refund but there was no apology for bad service or my daughter's cut mouth and then, yes, my daughter eats burritos from the center because the first and last bites never have filling...
The group working tonight were amazing. I wish I knew their names. I had a big order, and they got everything right. I spent about 100$ and it was perfect. Thank you. Everyone at my house was happy.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, almost to the point of me being suspicious of them! Fast food workers are supposed to be at worst, rude, and at best, apathetic. So what is really going on at this Taco Bell hmm? The food tasted good (as good as a Taco Bell meal can taste that is) but the burritos were sloppily thrown together and made a huge mess even with me eating carefully.
Definitely hit and miss with this taco bell. I haven't had 1 visit in the last year where something wasn't wrong. Prior to this i've had some good experiences. If there is another taco bell you can go to, I suggest doing that. Idt they'll ever get it together ( my opinion)
If you somehow see this review before going here just save yourself the time and go to any other Taco Bell nearby I've never seen a Taco Bell not have its stuff together so bad. And I have pretty low expectations from Taco bells. So unless you have 20 to 30 minutes to spare do not go here.
I used to work at Taco Bell. It is not that hard to cut a Mexican pizza and quesadilla no matter how busy it gets. I try to be understanding when it comes to fast food since I myself have worked there. However, this is the third time we’ve ordered food from there and have it coming out horrible.
They earned a 3 star because once I finally received my order, it was correct and it was good. I preordered on the app, picked ASAP for pickup time so that it would be ready when I arrived, which was 15 minutes later. Upon arrival my order had not been made even though the app indicated it was complete and ready for pickup. It took showing my order on my phone multiple times to finally get my order made which then made my stop and go trip into a 20 minute wait. The dining room, self serve drink area desperately needed cleaning.
