End the madness 🤡.
This review is towards the owner or higher-ups. Not towards the coworkers. No cashiers?? Get these kiosks out of my face. I feel disconnected, and the fact that these workers get in trouble for doing their job. And helping customers, mind blown 🤯.
Kiosks don't even stay up to date, so it's pointless having a broken system. Imagine ordering something out of stock. Or wanting a new menu item that's not even on the kiosk. Don't ask any of the workers for help. They'll literally get in trouble trying to help you 🙄
As for the coworkers, they did a great job at customer service and making the food right (HATE cheese)✅️ 👏 👍
We are down in Aberdeen looking at homes to buy and we stopped in for lunch. We were totally surprised at how clean the lobby was and how kind the staff was. There was a young lady with dark hair that was so nice and was cleaning and organizing the condiments. Best Taco bell I have been to in a long time
It's fast and tasty. Too bad it's not really good for you and that prices have risen so much. This location is hit or miss for quickness. Waits can be long. Lobby service has frequently not been available so drive up gets too long. Less counter service and postings are required to use kiosks.
My experience was when the business was very busy. So it would explain why it took a while before I got my pizza. I live for wood fire and brick oven pizza. Was not totally impressed with the pizza. The first thing I noticed was the lack of toppings for the price of a large. One of my favorite part of a pizza is the crust. This was o.k.
Positive crew working when I went last time and the cook knows how to make their food the best they can. So I think it's a good taco bell compared to others that I have tried
Quick and hot food! Service was great per usual. Got my order down perfect and was in and out. Inside is quite clean and staff are friendly. 10/10 recommend
Night Crew is ELITE here. They never rush you, never make you feel bad, always accommodate you & IF in the rare instance they make a minor mistake - they are quick to fix it AND go above/beyond to make it right. I will legit put off my Taco Bell trip past 10:30PM just to get this crew. Awesome job!
Going inside makes me feel like an inconvenience. Soon, there will be no human interaction at all here. I don't eat fast food often, and this experience enforces that decision.
