New management is extremely rude when I brought to her attention that their was a mouse running across the floor in the main dining room area. SICK! Not to mention could not get our order right, said that she was apparently training new staff. Sounds like a corporate or franchise owner problem & should simply consider firing that person, training an entire crew on everything perhaps. My fiancée & I ate in this filthy establishment, we both agreed on that the ground beef & chicken smelled very unpleasant. We up & left after the mouse/rat situation. This place has been reported to the Johnson County Health Department.
The lady at the window I believe her name is Amy is rude she threw my sauce in my bag. Also everytime I order a breakfast steak crunch wrap I bare l get any steak!
Pros:
(1) Fairly normal taco bell
Cons:
(1) Slightly on the slower side
(2) Didn’t include one of our cinnamon twists
(3) Taco shells were cracked and fillings seemed a bit light
Messed up order twice and still didn't fix it. Had lettuce the first time. No onions, which cost me $0.60. Minimal meat and cheese. Chili cheese burrito had No onion and was not hot at all. Starry was flat and ice machine was broken (which was not disclosed whilst ordering) and was still charged! Pathetic!
Every time I go through the drive through takes longer than if I went to the super market and cooked it myself. They refuse to put meat on the food for some reason so expect nothing but lettuce and shredded cheese. Last time I went I couldn't even pull the taco out of the wrapper it was so poorly put together. Consistently bad experience; I was stunned to see this location had a 4.0 rating. Guess I'm the only one eating the food.
Literally the best taco bell I've been to! Very clean, even the bathrooms! Kind people working; food was fast and fresh. This is the only TB I'll go to now. Keep up the great work!
This location is wonderful! The staff is very nice, and I always get my food fast. I can’t remember the last time my order was wrong! Highly recommend.
Definitely the best Taco Bell I’ve been to. The manager Pauline Mutava is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, she somehow remembers her customers names and is always in a good mood.
