Not only did I spend 14 minutes waiting on not so fake fries and Cinnabon delight the 12 count. I also seen that customer service was definitely not put in the training. When they got hired, the concern was more on drive through time than it was the waiting time For customers that cane inside the establishment. Literally, I witnessed a white female. Pass 6 different orders to drive through before she even and one to the counter. Ridiculous, decide the lease. Then when my order was being prepared, they got. They're painies in a twist because it should be common since not to put sour cream on the grill who once hot sour cream. In addition to me, voice in my display and concern. The whole line had a issue with remaking the order from the African American female to the male. 62 employee and then to the white 49 female each one of them had something to say about 3 make instead of going ahead and remaking the order. It took them 2 minutes to make the order Uber.
Never should there be an a problem with a remake when he is common. Since that should be displayed before anything else. I said All this to say that I was at least. Please that the doors were open because usually they do not be open around this time of the day. They're always closed and locked in saying that they are low on employees. Well, I'm sorry to say everyone have a employee shortage. Mccustomer service should not fall behind regardless. If you have 2 employees or 50 employees, customers service should always be front in center. Also I would like to add that. The mail employee who had his hair hanging in his face with no hair in it. Also had his hair wit and it was dripping over the food. Which is another reason? Why if my food to be remake? That is very unsafe In hazardous two human conception, so if you have any customers that are complaining a food poisonous, then you should actually check your staff and I will be reporting this to the right department.
Ordered twice from here through my app..... Should have remembered that the order was wrong last time. It was wrong this time too. Ordered a Chalupa... The bread/tortilla was not cooked at all.... No hot sauce, which I did put on my online order. Not only did I place my order online, I had to wait 10 minutes for an uncooked Chalupa. Very disappointed.
They were understaffed when I arrived, and it took a few minutes before the ladies were able to get to me and a few other customers. But as soon as they realized we were there they quickly began to serve us and were extremely nice and very soon after the ladies in the back started helping us another employee arrived, seemingly early, and immediately began helping us. So, the 3 star rating is really not directed at the employees, and more so at the current economic and social circumstances that are causing worker shortages and the like.
Another great Taco Bell experience. Fast friendly service and great food! Chicken power bowl is my favourite.
I had a bad experience Monday at this Taco Bell. My 88-year-old dad loves Taco Bell. Going through the drive-through, I ordered a #1 combo for Dad. This is 3 Supreme Hard Shell Tacos, which have sour cream on them (hence the "Supreme"). When I drove the 30 miles home, there was no sour cream on Dad's tacos. I know this is a small thing, but I like to get what I pay for.
Ordered our food asked for soft shell tacos and got hard shells and ordered a medium Baja blast and a large Baja blast and did not give us a reciept
Food was great. Customer service can kick rocks. They suck. The lobby also smells like they haven't cleaned the bathroom in weeks. I wish they hadn't forgotten a part of my order making me go inside. I'm worried about my health now.
Love everything about the lobby. I ordered from the kiosk and got my food quick. I even paid with cash. Great job
A must stop to eat after visiting the Elvis museum. The Diner reeks of history. We sat in the Elvis booth and enjoyed their good old fashion burgers with friendly welcoming staff.
I love Five Guys food. Specifically, my kids love to go there because of their burgers and the abundance of fries. The workers are very friendly, and the service is fast, just as people want.
By far the best gym Iâve had the pleasure to train at. Iâm on year 2 with Cody and Iâve improved drastically both on and off the mats. Codyâs curriculum is first class with a perfect environment to excel. Great team, great atmosphere and very
This is our must stop in Tupelo. Coffee is excellent. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is kind of arty. We recommend Autumn in a cup if they have it (seasonal) and the snickerdoodle latte.
The food is great always. Itâs fresh. The booth could have been a little cleaner. One of the orders was incorrect, however they quickly corrected it and apologized. Great vibes, great food, and great service! I recommend the sweet tacos on the cris

Started my day with a peanut butter and banana sandwich and ended it holding The King's hand - perfect! We had been to Tupelo a few years back but only saw his birthplace and missed this cool statue and park.
One of the Finest Hotel ever! Super nice customer service and security. The cleanest room ever I highly recommend and will be returning and very reasonable rates!
$11.99 buffet was good. The brisket was great. The angel hair pasta was dry. Pizza was great! French onion soup was great also. I suggest dipping the garlic bread in the soup. The service was excellent as always. The baklava was oh so good. It wasnâ
