For the first time in a long time, I enjoyed Taco Bell like it was an expensive fancy meal. I went in at this location at around 12:30PM to try the new chile verde fries and an enchirito. The chile verde fries were as fresh as they could get. I felt like I ate $20 fries instead of $5 fries. The food was even still steaming from how hot it was. I can't remember the last time I enjoyed Taco Bell like this. The neighborhood is great, and the employees working at this location were far more mature than those of other locations I have visited in the past. So far 2 out of the 3 Taco Bell locations in Glendale have exceeded my expectations. 🌮
Too many employees but they don't rush orders. I waited 15 minutes for someone to help me. A manager gave me my money back at the end. But the place is clean and nice to dine in. They just need to work on processing orders fast.
Employees were busy handling OUTSIDE business on Company time. ...Food took 35 min. to be prepared..... BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE ‼️... Brought it to crew chief at the time .... ABSOLUTELY NO ACCOUNTABILITY‼️.....mind you THIS after the "GRAND REOPENING"

We were told we had to order at the kiosk. When we objected, we were told we could order at the register. When we started to place our order, the very nice young man walked over to the kiosk to start the order. When we said we wanted to pay cash, he said we could. Tell me, how does the kiosk with cash at the register speed up the process? It makes it a two-step process that takes longer. By the way, we were the only ones trying to order. No one else was in line.
We walked out and won't be going back to that location!

The food, atmosphere, etc. are very tasty and I liked it, so I recommend this place for five stars.
Can’t go wrong with Taco Bell for a quick bite. I love that this location has a drive thru, downside is...so does everyone else
The drive thru can get pretty busy at times but they move the line along pretty quickly. Their steak quesadilla with a crunch taco and a Dr Pepper is my go to meal here, I switch it up sometimes and go for the Doritos loco taco.

The folks of this Taco Bell are really nice. Even when I can't figure out the digital coupons and that app ordering. They lend a hand and are patient and nice throughout.
Friendly staff and consistently good food option right across the street from GCC. My go-to bowl is half and half tofu and chicken with veggies chopped up (cabbage leaves are huge). Luke and Angeline will take care of you.
