Taco Bell - Fast food restaurant in Monterey Park - 1214 Avenida Cesar Chavez, USA

Staff (the very few) were nice, but complicated as there were very few. Nice folks. Food was great, fresh and made from scratch. Completely empty but super clean.

I went in for 3 crunchy tacos. When i arrived home i notice this were rancid! I drove back to the location to get a refund. They told me they couldn't do a refund until i started asking for the management. Is not a refund if your food is rancid! They were able to process a refund, still emphasizing this was an exception. I've been a customer of this location for years now and i notice this place hasn't really been competent for a couple months now. Im definitely never coming back here again.

Taco Bell is a delightful gem for fast food enthusiasts! The service here is exceptional; the staff is always friendly and efficient. I appreciate the speed of their drive-thru, which is perfect for my busy workdays. The food is consistently delicious, and the variety of options keeps me coming back for more. As for the ambiance, it's casual and comfortable, making it an excellent spot to enjoy a quick, tasty meal. Taco Bell gets my five stars!

Went to the drive thru to grab a quick bite. The cashier at the drive thru named Christian first greeted me asking whenever I’m ready to order. I said ok, 1 minute please. Not even 30 seconds or a min went by and he kept on asking to me to order when I’m ready repeatedly making me feel rushed so I just literally ordered whatever I saw pop up on their menu screen. I was not happy with the service that I received today.

I decided to take my very short lunch at this place. I waited for 15 minutes to get help and the lady still couldn’t take my order. They had 4 people in the back and nobody was helping anyone in the front. I left without even ordering my food. What terrible service and a disappointment. Not to mention the lack of cleanliness of the place.

They got my order wrong, I let them know what I ordered and they took my bag back. When I got home two of the tacos that I ordered had been completely crushed. Soo this is what happens if you ask for what you actually ordered?

My first time comeing into this taco bell with my husband workers were slow not very friendly when ordering 2 food boxes I payed 23 dollars and when I sat down with my food there was no napkins I told the worker I would like hot sauce and gave me only 2 was not enough to put on our food I told worker can u spare it wow and walked away and i told my husband we are never comeing in here very poor service only thing I can say positive on the place is very nice clean u need friendly Co workers not rude.

Ordered two shredded beef dipping tacos, got two regular tacos disguised as shredded beef tacos. Two small skinny regular tacos with only small amount of hamburger beef. I got cheated. I trusted the service and did not check after getting the tacos, will not go again.
