I come through once maybe twice a week and order breakfast. I order the same thing every week. The girl that takes my order is rude. I tell her I want hot sauce. And then when I get to the window. I ask again for hot sauce and she says it's in the box. Well when I look in the box, I do see some hot sauce so I drive off. By the time I get to work I look in the box and it's hot sauce that's opened and already been used. And then I don't even get just hot sauce. Like she gives me all kinds of sauces instead of the one I wanted. Like give the customer what they wanted and ordered. And then the fact that she gives me used sauces is a health violation/protocol. Don't give your customers something that you wouldn't like to get or receive. On top of that, I don't get hot hot food. Like the Cinnabons were cold. At least give hot food out.
The establishment was spotless, the employees were wonderful and the food was okay. The drink prices are ridiculous‼️ I got a tiny $1 menu bean and rice burrito (probably a tbsp of beans and a tbsp of rice wrapped in a small flour tortilla) and a medium ‼️$2.76 drink‼️ and paid over $4.
I love Taco Bell but will never try to eat at this one again. Very rude guy on mic and he even came out of the store to start more trouble when I was trying to leave. Extremely dangerous to not only himself but to everyone.
Unfortunately they got my order wrong.... I order doritos tacos and instead I got some chicken tacos that when I opened it was maggots every where inside the taco. Maybe because it was late they didn't really notice it... this was Saturday oct 21 2023. Please date and time food so your customers don't get sick.
Every thing went well, although I asked for none of the cheesey hot nacho sause, but they still put it in there.
