Overall good experience. Had a well prepared burrito. Cleanly and neatly presented. The lady at the counter was a little frantic and the man working behind the counter was a little loud. But it was a clean place. The soda area was no longer working. But they still had the straw there. Was weird. The straws and napkins were well stocked.
It's really time for the quality to step back up. I didn't even get 1/2 of a little 2 ounce portion cup of cheese for my chips which were mostly pieces and stale ($2.39) The enchirito poorly rolled and ingredients dispersed unevenly ($3.79) and my nacho Doritos tacos were soggy ($2.99 x 2). To top it all off everything was cold. Yes I got it through the drive thru but I've never had everything be cold 🥶. Very disappointed.
I ordered a cheesy bean and rice and it wasn't made with cheese or had hardly any rice much less anything else it should. Portions weren't right with the wrong sauce instead of cheese. Good case of "make it wrong to avoid repeated business" cause ill just go to the next one. Effen lazy 😴
They messed up my order. I ordered a box with a 5-layer burrito, a crunchy taco, and a chalupa, got two tacos instead. They sat there with my food on the counter instead of calling my name as they did everybody else. I don’t tend to come to this Taco Bell but when I do I always seem to have a problem with my food being wrong and their solution is to just give me the fixed food but I live over a half hour away from them so that’s not plausible.
There is a gentleman who runs the show at night he is not very friendly, but I think he means well. Would be nice to see him smile.
Good fast food when you need a change. Recently, though, they have raised prices WAY more than the inflation rate and dropped several of our faves from the menu. Going to have to re-evaluate our fast food options...
For a Taco Bell, they’re pretty good and have always been accurate so far. Open late, never messed up an order, food presentation is spot on, flavor and temperature is always correct, customer service is very friendly.
Service was horrible! Very, very rude, she was very pleasant to everyone but us unexceptable. Would not recommend this taco bell.
