My last experience there was horrible. The young girl, at the window, has no customer service values at all. No smiles, no friendly vibe at all. I ordered 2 chicken chalupas and a Mexican pizza. When I got to work, there were no sauce packets at all, so it was an EXTREMELY dry lunch. Highly unlikely that I'll ever return there if I know that girl is working there.
Mobile order that was handled quickly and with no mistakes. TB's food is probably the best value for the money in the fast food market.
Went after work around 11pm. Window person was rude, practically threw our food at us. Got home and everything was okay until the quesadilla. It had a very strong odor of burnt plastic, and upon inspection these bits of charred black that also smelled strongly of chemicals were on the underside of the tortilla. Very disappointed. Less than 1 star.
Went through drive thru. They were extremely busy because of the time of day, but very efficient at getting people through. Food was okay for fast food.
We do a lot of large orders for our guys at the shop. The workers here are really flexible with us and they are always happy to take our orders. Super nice people and its always great!

The Whitehall taco bell have some amazing staff who work fast and get quality tacos out as fast as they can. I rarely have had an instance where my food was made wrong and when it was I was able to get a replacement without hassle. I would 10/10 recommend the Whitehall taco bell!

We go here like every Friday, and they are like the only fast food restaurant serving lunch at 10:15am instead of breakfast, prices are kinda high though. Get the 2 for 7 chicken sandwich.

Excellent food & generous portions at a reasonable price. Service is friendly & efficient. The atmosphere is warm with decorations for each holiday and chic year round decor thatâs hand painted even in the bathrooms.
My experience was great here. Susan the General Manager was awesome. She honored my room location request and was very polite. When I come back this is where I will stay.
