Taco Bell - Fast food restaurant in Cullman - 1746 2nd Ave SW, USA

I order from here often and they absolutely suck at putting the sauce in the bag and when you are the type of person like me who can’t eat their food without the sauce, this is infuriating. Paying extra to get it delivered and I can’t even eat it, RIDICULOUS!! Just read the screen, if it was just a one time issue I wouldnt be upset but it’s happened more times than I can count. Not to mention it was freezing cold

Food was awful. We had a $60 ticket for 2 people and all of it was thrown together with no meat or toppings and all the hardshell were crushed and you couldn't even eat it with your fingers and even if we could we didn't have a single napkin to wipe our hands with. All of it was cold as well and honestly really bad tasting. I have never had such a bad experience at a taco bell. When you spend that much money on Fast food you expect a lot more.

. Been going thru here for months, my wife’s food is wrong EVERY TIME. Ask for potatos, you get tomato’s. Even when you specify “hey it’s potatos not tomato’s”. They NEVER give my chipotle cup and ALWAYS charge for it. So basically I’m out of $4 extra every trip I make to this Taco Bell. Not to mention half the time they never even say “have a good day”. This restaurant staff is lacking, especially in respect and attention to detail.

Went to drive through but couldn't get a response. Went inside to order. The headset had died, and no one noticed. Placed my order and asked for 1 strawberry twist and 1 cinnamon. Both were strawberry. Luckily, the strawberry twists were delicious.

Food was decent. Guess we can't complain because we got way more food than we paid for. I think we had four extra tacos and two chicken tacquitos we never ordered. The problem is when, what appeared to be a friend of the employees, showed up with a cat wrapped in a blanket. The girl carried the cat to the counter, sat it on the counter, and people from the kitchen came up to see it and pet it. Then the girl carried the cat behind the counter thru the kitchen to the back of the work area. She eventually came to the dining room and sat down. Never saw any employees wash their hands. I guess everyone that entered after us was served cat hair. 🤮

Food was cold. Ordered 2 steak quesadillas, one was chicken and the cheese wasn't even melted. The food was still cold like they hadn't even warmed it up. Whoever took our order through the drive thru was trying to rush us to the window before we could even finish our order. Don't think I will be going back..

Ordered a chalupa, hold the chicken, add steak, extra bacon, extra 3 cheese, NO tomatoes. Got chicken, no steak, very little cheese, tons of tomatoes on top that I scraped off. $8+ for a glorified bacon taco. Soooo disappointed

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible service. 2 door dashers ahead of me and their food got sent out to the wrong people so they were stuck waiting even longer than the 20 minutes they’d already been there. Not even busy! The last 5 times I’ve been there my food was wrong and the young staff 100% acts like they know nothing and don’t wanna help anyone!! You complain and they just walk off! 10/10 do not recommend to anyone around this area!
