Taco Bell - Fast food restaurant in Eden - 726 S Van Buren Rd, USA

I ordered the box with the nacho fries, an extra thing of nacho fries and a plain soft taco. My food was cold and everything tasted like it came straight from the microwave. Now I understand they were closing in 45 minute’s however that shouldn’t make the quality that bad. Just say you won’t it fresh and I would have gone to cookout. I came 12/29 before 1am.

Place an order through door dash. Items were missing from the order of a combo. Called advised the lady on the phone of the missing items. I also advised them this was a door dash order. The lady was nice and told me to swing by and pick it up. Went to pick it up and was talked to very rudely over the intercom by the manager on duty. I tried calling call and speaking with manger and found out it was the one on the intercom. Will not be visiting this location anymore.

Stay away after 6pm,the workers are unpleasant and the food horrific. The last three times we’ve ordered from that store the service has been horrible and the food worse. As a bonus a nasty young lady with red hair could not get the order straight after multiple attempts,do yourself a favor spend a few extra bucks and order from El Parral.

The lady at the front was rude... the food wasn't as good as usual. They didn't let us know the icee machine was down until our order was finished. Then the girl at the front just wanted to be rude because she wanted to get in her phone and end her shift. Except for the drive thru guy they all just seemed like they could have cared less. Gj drive thru guy. You are always in good spirits up beat and take pride in your job and working with the public!

Literally, nothing in my order was right… cheese wasn’t melted on any of the orders including the cheesy nacho fries, everything that wasn’t supposed to have lettuce tomato or onion on it had it on there, chipotle chicken cheese wrap had no chipolte AND THE CHICKEN was ice cold without melted cheese. We ate as soon as we got home, and we literally live 3 minutes away so you can’t tell me it’s our own fault. I’ve been disappointed in the past over this facility but not enough to write a review, but here it is… DO BETTER!

So disappointed! I got chicken quesadilla. I used to get them for many years, but not here. These were burnt on one side and of course they put that side on the bottom. Very dry. Minute chicken n cheese. Very little sauce. Not going back. I’m just going to have to make my own.

It's Taco Bell, so the bottom feeder of Mexican style food. Not top-shelf food. But the newer folks I've seen working lately are super awesome. Great customer service with a smile. There is a new girl with blonde hair, I didn't catch her name, but she is so sweet and is so kind to everyone who comes in and boy can she hustle and multi-task.
