Never ate here or gambled. Finally got to do both those things on 01/27/2024, and it was so much fun. Better slots. Food at Coyote Grille was delicious. Definitely worth the drive.

So awesome. Many casino at 1 level to 3 level. Casino machines are so easier to win. Almost full parking lot. Look out for cars going fast pass you. Customer Service is so sweet and open understand. Good bonus. Even better, you apply as new customer to get bonus.

Kinda far drive from fresno, but Kings County ya got a really nice and very large casino. They've done so much to the place like theatre, bowling, gaming, dining, and bars. You can literally stay there all day. Wow, to renovation. Slot players, this is a dream. Enough tables to play. I would go back.

It began w parking, no signage, a LONG walk to|Our room. Lost my hubs because odd and even rooms on opposite sides of building (and no signage off elevator) Whew, hungry, head to dinner. Ordered a glass of wine, he a cocktail. Brought me a 3 oz pour (NOT kidding), and it was WARM white wine, politely asked mgmt why and she said that’s the temp machine pours. Wow. His cocktail finally came when our dinner was delivered. They were out of bitters so plain-ish old fashioned. No draft beer, his favorite. I’d specifically ordered my chow mein lots of veggies, light on pasta, what came was a greasy oily mess of noodles with 4/10ths of a carrot added in. Had to go to front desk once for a glass of water PLEASE and again to pay the bill. Head to the sports bar to gamble, only champagne for white wine option? Weird. Ok, I’ll go walk instead. Get outside and the immediate neighboring farm was in the process of spreading revolting manure in adjacent field (I grew up on a dairy farm so I known manure!) so bad I had to go back in. Let’s watch tv then. Nope, didn’t work, fussed for a bit, called front desk for help, nice gentleman said happens 10-12 times a week. |We rate minimum reqs for good hotel as 1) HVAC fan w an always on function to stay cool and white noise, 2) bathroom fan, 3) good blackout drapes, 4) good coffee. This place has NONE of those! Sooo angry we drove 50 miles RT off I-5 for this pathetic hotel!

Went there for a retirement party to have dinner at the Coyote Grill. Let me tell you-food was delicious. Way way better than Harris Ranch Restaurant. Atmosphere was excellent. Mixed drinks were delicious. We will be going back most definitely. Great place to get away and enjoy yourself. Excellent service at the dinner table!.

Tachi Bingo was canceled after playing several bingo games. I understand the faulty technical equipment and that they could not refund my money because the system was down (I paid cash) but my issue is that they told me they would call me personally to let me know how they were resolving the issue because I live hundreds of miles away and could not come back to pick up my money. After a week, I had not heard anything, so I called and left messages with other staff who assured me they emailed the bingo hall. I called again and talked to bingo staff, who said they were aware of my situation and they were working on a solution to get me my money. I still have not heard anything from them, nor have they offered any sort of incentive for the inconvenience and lack of customer service. It has been almost three weeks and I have still not received anything to let me know how they are resolving this issue. This place could use some training on customer service and how to retain their customers. I play a lot of bingo and will be looking for another bingo spot when I travel to the area. Any other casino that has had malfunctions has ALWAYS offered some incentives in free play, free packs, a buy-in, or something, but not Tachi. Please just send me my money. Thank you!

We decided to stop and stay here on our trip for a night to break up the drive. It’s Friday evening. We arrived at 9pm and ordered food from the Pho spot (satisfactory). While we were waiting for our food, we went to the bar and ordered two old fashions. There were no bitters, so we waited for the bar back to go find some. Our food got done while we were waiting, so we went to get it, and came back. Still no bitters. We waited another ten minutes, then decided to come back after eating the food we ordered. We were told they had no bitters anywhere after waiting for a very long time. Now we are eating breakfast at the coyote grill, and I see there is an old fashioned on your menu. It’s on your menu, but you don’t stock the ingredients for it on a Friday night. We waited 20 minutes at least, only to be told you weren’t able to make our drink, which is on your menu, and yet were never offered any sort of comp, just a very lackadaisical “sorry”.

It's rare to hit a bonus. I never see or hear anyone winning like they used to. After 2019 there are no payouts or anything. Everytime I play bingo the same people always win....not an exaggeration. There are hardly any machines that pay a big jackpot yet most of them you still have to bet at least 5 dollars. Just terrible.
