Table Rock Motel - Featured Reviews (381)
Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The bed was comfy, the room was spacious, and enjoyed the balcony views. If there were other guests in adjoining rooms, we didn’t know it because we couldn’t hear anything in our room. Easy walk to the beach and viewpoint for Table Rock.
Overall a nice motel, but a bit pricey for not truly being ocean-front.
The motel is a few yards to the top of the bluffs for great views of the beach and waves crashing around the spectacular rocks, including the namesake Table Rock. Just a few more yards to one of the easier stairways down to the beach. Our ground floor room in the North building had some ocean view on either side of the house across the street.
The room was nicely updated, and our double queen room could've easily accommodated double kings. The bathroom was also rather large.
There was no outside noise after bed time, and not too much noise from the room above.
The frig was a bit larger than usual for a motel room. They provide a standard drip coffee maker, so you can make your own coffee.
We found the beds to be too firm, and we would've appreciated a range of pillow styles.
The parking lot was full, with non-EV's needing to use the charger spots and 3 cars parked at the side of the road, which was very lightly travelled, thankfully.
The lobby is very small and not useful for getting out of the room if your sleep times differ from your travel companions. No breakfast provided, and coffee only after 7am.
Decent room with stove, microwave, and little fridge. Economical.
EV charging.
The ground floor room we stayed in did not have an ocean view or the sound of the ocean. Would recommend upper floors, not for a view of the ocean, just so you are maybe looking over the neighbors instead of at them. Also, no footsteps above you!
Walk 2 min to a couple of benches overlooking Table Rock with your coffee!
1.2 mile easy walk to downtown area.
Nice little place!
Lovely first-floor room which felt like a suite. Kitchenette was nice. Bathroom was large and shower was great. Lots of counter space for all the items needed. Sliders to a patio that would have been great if not for the Bandon wind which is constant. Easy access to stairs down to the beach.|We love Bandon and have already booked their upstairs corner room for our next anniversary!
This hotel is amazing value for the location, cleanliness, amenities, and size of room. We only stayed one night, while passing through but I wish we had stayed longer. Don't be fooled by the photos posted by travelers; they are old and out of date. This motel has been FULLY refurbished, top to bottom, and it is gorgeous. Everything is practical, crisp, white, and soothing. There's hard flooring when you first enter the room (for beach sand), and a bench so you can change shoes/get rid of sand. The beds were comfortable with excellent linens. The room had a microwave, and double sized dorm fridge. We were two 50-somethings but this would be an ideal location with kids to enjoy the beach. OH! and the staff was amazing when I booked and upon arrivel. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
We have been on a very long road trip covering seven states and have stayed in some very nice hotels. The Table Rock Motel was, by far, the nicest. We stayed in their newest building and it was beautiful! The kind woman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming and recommended a wonderful place for dinner, The Wheelhouse.||Not only did we have a view of the water, but the room was so well-appointed. Whoever designed the it really paid attention to the tiniest detail with beautiful decor choices.||There is an area to take off sandy shoes while sitting on a bench when you first enter the room. Convenient coat hooks are above the bench. Bathroom is gorgeous with a rare higher toilet, comfy beds, and everything was immaculate. Kudos to housekeeping. ||We will definitely recommend this motel to friends and family. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We'll be back!
Excellent motel in a great location, with easy beach access down the block. Some nice beach views, though partially obstructed. Pretty nice rooms. However, we rated it less than "5 circles" for a couple of reasons:|(1) Service wasn't the greatest. They demand payment up front (something we haven't seen at motels before), there's no breakfast buffet (or anywhere within walking distance to eat), and room cleaning was haphazard, missing some important things like replacing the toilet paper.|(2) The climate control system was *very* slow to change the room temperature. We were very cold or very hot for several hours at a time, as it took several hours for the system to bring the temperature to something comfortable.
This is one of my favourite hotels. We do a long drive from Nevada to Vancouver Canada along the 101 HWY every couple years and always looking for a stop in southern Oregon. And we have found it already booked it for our drive back down to Nevada. Every staff member was so friendly and helpful. The room was spectacular and I have to say the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in. And I have travelled all over the world in very fancy hotels. The location was very beautiful in a residential area very clean and safe. We stayed for two nights and staying for three nights on our drive back down. Thank you Table Rock Motel. ❤️
Anyone looking for a cute Oregon coast small Oregon coast town to visit go to Bandon OR. The B.Side Motel has such an updated set up with a different theme in every room! The beds are so comfy and the staff is truly amazing. The owner Colin is truly
Itâs been close to two years and Iâm just about getting around to leaving this honest review. It was a cold stormy Christmas Eve and my family and my self got caught in a winter rain/snow storm a lot of high ways closed. I pulled in and was greet
Beautiful spot to stop in with the family and your pup! Ample parking and great views! There is a long staircase down to the beach, so unfortunately itâs not great for accessibility.
Good place to stop in for coffee in Bandon. Their sandwiches and cookies were both really tasty, and they make a great latte. Their prices are on par with the surrounding areas with a big up charge for alternative milks. They have quite a bit of seat
We were stopped about 50 yards ahead looking at directions and talking with our travel buddies when I looked up and said ". What's that?" So we walked over and just WoW. Seriously amazing art! The guy there came out and was telling us about the ar
One of the best dining experiences of our PNW road trip. From start to finish, absolutely everything was perfect - service, food, atmosphere, The new pesto is AMAZING with the soft-shelled crab - one of the best pasta dishes I've ever had, the scallo
Fish n chips are large nugget size, not a filet cut. It was fried to perfection; not over fried or under cooked. Fries were good. I also had the 12 oz new England clam chowder, and that was really, really good! As an Alaskan, I know what good chowder
The beds were super comfortable. The room was so nicely decorated. The bathroom tub and sink were like new! What a special motel! Don't be put off by the proximity to Hwy 101.
We heard no traffic noise. Our only complaint was that we couldn't figure
