Awesome smoothies. This is our first visit but definitely not the last. There are lots of options in drinks as well as food. Ordered just the basic safe option ie mango smoothie & strawberry milkshake but would definitely try the starred popular drinks from the menu. Nov 4th- This time we ordered popcorn basil chicken which is super awesome. U can choose ur spice level from 1-5. All 3 drinks were delicious & will be repeated in coming visits for sure. Thai milk tea, chocolate smoothie & taro milkshake were our choices.

One of our go to boba locations around the area. We love the boba consistency in their drinks, the flavors offered, and the snacks. For the drinks you can add toppings, the amount of ice and the amount of sweetness. Similarly, you can adjust the spice level of their popcorn chicken. Our son loves their egg puffs every time we visit. Great refreshing snack place!

I love coming here with my friends and family. It’s a very friendly environment as the staff is very welcoming and professional. There is a good atmosphere and the music was very nice which gave it a good vibe. My favorite is the Wintermelon MT with boba, 80% sugar and 30% ice; I as well got a basil popcorn chicken spicy level 1. Definitely recommend for people to try this place! It’s the best place I’ve gone to in Portland as others have disappointed me. It’s a must if you are close by!

Been coming here for quick bites and experience has been fairly consistently good. Hosts are helpful and friendly even when there is a mad rush to fulfill online and walk in orders. Reasonable amount of dine in chairs/tables and their boba is pretty good. Love their food choices for a quick snack or meal. Parking is within the complex so plenty of spaces.

I had this Passion Fruit Boba and some Curly Fries! Omg the both of them stole my heart🥰 my personal favorite always.

Dishonest store. I paid by credit card. They gave me the paper, specifically asking for signature only. So I didn’t select any tip or write down any numbers. Days later I found out they charged me for another 10% of my purchase. It is utterly unacceptable! If you want customers to tip you could’ve asked. It was my first and last time. Not going to visit them again. The drink was not worth it anyway.

T4tea ongoing review from a boba addict that lives nearby: Strawberry milk smoothie + rainbow jelly Meh... sweet... a bit too sweet for me.. The strawberry milk smoothie does taste like the basic of what you would expect it to. Classic strawberry smoothie. Probably great with another combination of addon. I wonder if the smoothie itself is healthy? The rainbow jelly is sweet and yummy, like little munchy squish jellies.. its candy. The sweet smoothie and sweet jelly is wayyyy too much. Do NOT reccomend. Would not order this combination again its sweetness overload. ×_×. Milk tea rose elegance + regular big pearl bobas Great for a subtle sweet milk drink.. there is a smalll tinge of bitterness, makes me think of caffine But its good! Think its a safe casual pick for on the go but its not a favorite. :P The strawberry lemonade smoothie boba + rainbow jelly is similar to the regular strawberry smoothie combo... wont order this combo... okay smoothie but too sweet imo not good with rainbow at ALLLL. (I think if youre in a boba mood it makes general sense to not buy a smoothie drink, thats on me idk) Elegant rose + pearl boba The tea itself reminds me of an instant tea type of flavor... its a bitter sweet? Its not terrible but its not good either Pearl boba is always good but feels super out of place with this drink Cant even finish it... too strongly bitter of flavor Reminds me of the "LIPTON" instant tea brand. To be continued.... searching for my fav combination and flavors ^_^
