T-Mobile - Cell phone store in Atlanta - 5650 Roswell Rd, USA

Carlos was so rude and not helpful at all. Refused to listen and was telling us something contradictory than any other t-mobile associate have ever told me. Went to another t-mobile location and they were able to better advice on upgrades and even changed our screen protector (which we originally went to this location for).

Pretty disappointed with my experience at this store today. Came in to purchase a new phone, the guy who helped us seemed to have been inconvenienced with selling us the device. Never received my email receipt so I called customer care to find out, I was also charged me an unauthorized fee. Seems sketchy.

Brian was super helpful and professional. I called about internet service over the phone and we discussed options. I then went in and he had me ready to go in 10 minutes. Internet was easy to install. Thanks Brian!

Wow just wow. This store was so amazing from top to bottom. Carlos and Yusuf were seriously top tier mobile experts. They helped me in such a way that you couldn't understand. They went further beyond that they should of but it wasn't no issue for them at all. If there's anyone I recommend it'd definitely Carlos and Yusuf. Thank you so much guys. I'll never forget the help I received from yall!

Where do I begin? To start, I came in working with Brian and he was a HUGE help. He made the whole process EXTREMELY easy and he NEEDS a promotion or something as this was the simplest but most efficient process I’ve ever had. Secondly If I may proceed, Carlos was just purely genuine and gave me such an experience with his customer service! He definitely brings a great vibe to the store and is a great help. Just upgraded two phones and changed plans. Tre was helpful, knowledgeable and thorough throughout the process. In fact, everybody working at the store seemed the same. It’s a great T-Mobile store and I highly recommend you call Tre.

Great service. We were helped by a nice lady named Rosabelis. She was so sweet and extremely good service. Got everything done for me quick and easy. 100% recommended!
