Absolutely no service inside my own house and hit and miss service on my property after I was promised better service than at&t. I never once lost service in my house or on my property with at&t. The home internet isn't much to talk about either.

Had someone there to help immediately. Although, the person that helped me laughed when my credit was only approved for one phone. Didn't quite know how to take it.

We had been told that our Galaxy phone had issues and needed to be replaced. We went thinking we would have to purchase new phone. Fortunately we got to talk to Karissa. She looked at the phone and in just a few minutes she found two apps that had problems and deleted them. That corrected all the problems with the phone. Karissa is a very knowledgeable employee and a asset to T-Mobile!

Shaylee C is an amazing rep, she knows her stuff and will make sure you walk out of the store with the best deals. Definitely highly recommend Shaylee and this T-Mobile location.

Today I went into the store because my phone wouldn't charge. Matt the sales associate helped m out. He was great. Matt you deserve a high five. Now all other sales associatew need to be like Matt.

I had issues with my new business phone very stressed. But Heather saved the day. If not for her help not sure it would even be fixed now. I tried to hire her. But she is true to t mobile. Great asset

Strongly recommend NOT using this store. In December I started services with T-mobile. I was told I would only have to pay $70 a month. My first bill comes & it is $85.50. Which is not what I was told or promised. When I called, they said I had to pay a $15 installment. I was told the $70 included the installment. Thus, the first lie. I was then told to get my bill to $70 I would have to pay off my portion of the phone (which was $400 since I traded a phone and they would give me $400 for the trade which would be paid off BY THEM in two years). After paying my portion of the phone, my bill is still $85.50. I go back, they say that since I paid my portion of the phone, that shortened the “contract” (even though they advertise they don’t do contracts) to one year. I was NEVER told that when I paid my portion of the phone off. Thus, second lie. I was promised headphones with the promotion when I signed up. Never got them, despite asking several times. Thus, the third lie. I go to pay off the phone to cancel my services. I had to pay the remaining balance, even though I traded a phone. So.. they got a free trade in & I still had to pay $800 for my phone. When told that a supervisor would call me, one NEVER did. Highly unprofessional. Please, do not go to this store. It was a terrible experience and I wasted so much money.
