T-Mobile - Cell phone store in Vacaville - 1639 E Monte Vista Ave Suite 101, USA

They will rush you so bad that they forget to do their own job correctly and your bill ends up being $38 higher than it was supposed to because they only care about making the sale and not one bit about satisfying the customer. Was rushed so badly by the African American woman because she wanted to get the sale that came in after me too. She put me on the wrong plan and told me to sit down and wait for her to help the people that literally came in after me(probably assuming that because they had teenage kids they’d be buying multiple things but they literally walked paying for nothing).so I got rushed for her to not even make a sale. Anyways, I get my bill 2 days ago and it’s $118 for one line!!!. I asked to be put on the $50 plan! Rushing me so much that you can’t even get your own job done right is crazy to me.

The crew at this location is great! I was trying to upgrade to a new phone, but in contacting customer service they were not much help in telling me why I couldn't go to a Walmart to upgrade my phone (I work for Walmart).. Although it took 4 visits, my upgrade happened and the staff (from Associates Nunio and Tina to the boss Anthony) were all in with trying to solve my upgrade debacle. Full marks for customer service!

Waited 20 min. I was the next customer .It was only 2 customers I was 3rd. 5-6 employees just was waking around ,talking each other and laughing. I lefted the store and nobody helped me.5.16.2024

I worked with Mike Mcdonald --he was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions pertaining to the modem I was just picking up. This T-Mobile store was so much better than the store I'm used to going to on Trancas St. in Napa

Not a local tmobile customer but i got way better service at this location than my local tmobile store (Woodland Ca) Conan had good customer service and assisted me right away. I will continue to come here and give this tmobile my service than my local tmobile. That extra 20 minute drive was well worth it, THANK YOU CONAN !!!

I was told over the phone that I could go here and get the crack and my daughters screen fixed. When I arrived, the man checked me in and asked me what I needed help with, I told him, then we had to wait for 30 to 45 minutes for help only to find out that they don’t have technicians, I feel like that’s something he should have told me when I checked in so I didn’t wait so long. Also, I’m just really disappointed in T-Mobile because the closest place to get your phone fixed is over an hour away.

Our experience at T-Mobile Vacaville was great thanks to the great customer service given by David S. He went beyond the call of duty by providing us with an overview of all the options available for us to upgrade our phones to the latest model. Even more so, David wrote down everything that we needed to successfully complete our order and referred us to Lawrence L. since he was going to be out of the office when we were next able to return. Lawrence carried on the excellent customer service and helped us not only order the phones that we wanted, but also assisted us in choosing the right accessories.

Very clean , great management, top associates. All work just to help solve ur inquiries and matters provide great assistance, clearly communicate and explain all matters. They strive to provide the utmost experience you will ever get in this store. Thanks for everything.
