T-Mobile Experience Store - Cell phone store in Mililani - 95-221 Kipapa Dr C - 8, USA

Best T-Mobile store/ service I’ve been to. The staff was attentive and fast, and they were a well oiled machine. Also super friendly. Came in to add someone to a family line and get them a new phone and it was a super seamless experience. Nice job guys!

My wife and I went to T-mobile in Mililani to get our screen protectors replaced. Note that we got there at 7:25 PM and the store was closing at 8:00 PM. When we got to the store, it was obvious that the sales rep that we talked to did not feel like helping us. This was the first time that a sales rep refused to install the screen protector for us and instead just handed us the box and expected us to do it ourselves. After asking him if he could install it for us, he said "There are self-install instructions inside the box". Normally this would not be a big deal for me, but we purchased the T-Mobile screen protectors based on the selling point that they would be warrantied and installed for us whenever it broke. The photo attached shows the salesperson who "assisted" us and is an example of the type of service he provides for his customers. We were unable to get his name because his badge was tucked behind his arm at the time. This complaint is mainly just for the sales associate and not the overall service that T-Mobile provides.

Staff were super friendly, we were there a while because my husbands phone was damaged. We got s24 ultras and are very happy with them. We were assisted by multiple staff 🤙🏾

My wife and I were planning on switching over from Verizon. We went to this T-Mobile to discuss our options, and Jamal was the rep that helped us out. He was super knowledgeable, fun to talk to, and overall made the experience quick and easy. Jamal deserves a raise, he sold us on switching and made switching a great time!

❤️ The NEW Store, However I was told August you folks will start Charging Customers when we go in to pay our bill. Other than that I ❤️ how the Employees Greet me, their all nice and friendly.

Best Tech support ever - from Kaya today at my T Mobile store in Mililani, HI. I had accidently deleted my Contacts and went into my store a couple days ago - one tech tried to figure out how to restore my contacts (I'd done it once before on a previous phone but wasn't finding how to on this phone) but could not, so I left. Not wanting to have to hand-jam my Contacts back in if at possible, I went in again today to try for help once more. With confidence and in a matter of a couple minutes, Kaya said "I've found your Contacts and restored them" and there they were and she told me what to do if I accidently deleted them again. It is an electronics miracle (we had NO cell phones during my Army career, or even later in HPD). Kaya is THE BEST as is my T Mobile Store. Did I mention she is a Steely Eyed Missile Woman (excellent)? She should teach the rest of your staff and be cloned for other stores. J. Amos, U.S. Army Officer, Retired, HPD Retired.

I’ve normally had a pleasant and quick experience with the staff here, however I came in to bring in a device to finish a trade in only to find myself waiting nearly half an hour in store for assistance. The rating comes from the fact that there were associates on the floor that were chatting and hanging out while customers accumulated after being “checked in”

Great customer service highly recommend! Representatives are knowledgeable, friendly, and super helpful! The promos are good so ask your representative what they currently have to offer.
