T-Mobile - Cell phone store in Raymore - 2021 W Foxwood Dr, USA

Went in today to look into upgrading my device. I got the information needed. However the employee named Darius had a condescending tone when asking if I was the account owner of my own line. The entire time it seemed like I was inconveniencing him instead of being a customer he could help and make a sale to. Will not be back to this location. His customer service skills need a hard reset.

I had an excellent experience buying a new phone at this store primarily because of the customer service provided by Darius Booze. I didn't know what phone I wanted, so I asked Darius for advice. After I described my requirements, Darius gave me several options and explained the differences between them. I selected the Galaxy S24 and it is exactly what I wanted. Darius also recommended a specific charger and I am very impressed with it also. It's often difficult to find good customer service, and Darius answered all my questions and explained things clearly, making the whole process very easy. In addition, Darius was very efficient and the whole process was very quick. I appreciate the customer service provided by Darius Booze and will work with him again in the future.

Had a good experience with Jacob---he really helped me out-----I am disappointed in some of T-Mobile polices---I have been a customer for over 20 yrs---was hoping for a price break---spoke to shawn --he said he would give me a $35 credit

Destiny is amazing! She helped us get switched over from a previous carrier and was able to keep our original numbers! She was very kind and easy to work with. She even made herself available after the fact to answer any questions we had and made us feel very well taken care of. Phone companies are all the same. But a good employee makes a world of difference to the customer!

They wouldn't take my hardware return for internet service EDIT: after I returned my hardware via the mail (within the cancellation period), T-Mobile threatened to send bill collectors after me. If you sign up for their services, be sure to keep a record of all communications.

Destiny the manager at the Belton store ordered a screen protector for me after my ordeal at the Grandview location.She is very professional and patient,I will most definitely be visiting this store in the future!

Darius helped me yesterday and if he isn’t running that store he definitely should be! He was helping myself and two others at the same time and at no point did I feel neglected. I came in to have numbers on my plan switched to different phones and he made the long process bearable. He was very professional, personable, and he was so helpful and informative. He is an asset to your store. My dad was with me and he was equally impressed with Darius.

I went in to get a sim card for my watch. The young woman who helped me was very nice and opened my eyes that I am currently paying way more for my family's cell service than I should be. I will be changing to T Mobile.
