T-Mobile Authorized Retailer - Cell phone store in Hot Springs - 3834 Central Ave B, USA

I went in looking for a phone for myself and tablets for my 3 kids and I had the privilege of having Kimberly Carl as my sales person. She was so helpful and so sweet! She really hooked us up with our electronics! She was AMAZING, if you go to T-Mobile ask for her, she will definitely help you out and give you a great price and deal on whatever it is you’re looking for!!

In the past I have gotten some excellent, superior service at this T-Mobile store, but today I got some of the worst service in all of my life. The two tattooed ladies were both totally indifferent to my concern and problem with my T-Mobile internet service. Neither of them had answers or solutions, were not friendly or helpful, and seemed annoyed that I needed some assistance.

I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile and I'm satisfied with my decision. I have been with AT&T for many years and was fed up with their service. I really haven't been with T-Mobile long enough to say how good they are, but, I can say, anyone is better than AT&T. My AT&T phone was stolen and I reported it stolen several times, but they continued charging it To my account for another 2 years without crediting me for their mistake. Their customer service stinks. I am very satisfied with T-Mobile's customer service, the transfer was easy and they got my requests right the first time. I'm so done with ever doing business with AT&T again. They used to be the best, but, they got too big for their britches and stopped servicing their customers in a proper manner. My bill with them was never, not once was it correct. I have confidence that my needs will be taken care of by T-Mobile each and everytime! One more thing, I haven't had a problem with communicating to anyone outside the U.S. which means, they speak English. It's nice being able to understand the person on the other end for a change.

I walked in really without a clue of what I wanted. I walked out with a new phone and a wifi, I was actually in need of both. The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend this outlet to everyone I know. I'm just bad about remembering names or I would have mentioned who the young lady was who helped me.

T-Mobile is the place to go. I went in with a problem with my phone not connecting to the Internet. Alissa came to my saving grace! She was polite, very knowledgeable, & knew exactly what to do!! She fixed me up within a few short minutes! I definitely recommend the central avenue store as well as going to Alissa for all your phone,tablet,wifi,smart watches & other needs! Thank you Alissa for getting me back up & running! & Thank you for being so polite & understanding! 10/10 recommend!

Alyssa and Tiffany were great! They helped us so much in getting me and my family switched. They stayed way past closing hours just to make sure we left with what we needed. Highly recommend!!!
