T-Mobile Authorized Retailer - Cell phone store in Poinciana - 1082 Cypress Pkwy, USA

Very good in-store experience with two recent phone purchases for the year. Service is very good, wait time was minimal, and knowledgeable staff. The only issue was this store is always out of stock for accessories that are must-haves when purchasing a new phone (few months ago accessories out of stock and again on yesterday). Also, I like that this store is open until 9:00pm.

I had went there and wanted to replace both my mother and I’s screen protectors. The lady who did replace one was nice. The other woman, who claimed to be the assistant manger, her name is Maria was very rude. We asked her to contact the other store to ask if they had it in stock and she said she cannot call them. She claimed they do not have shared inventory as well. She was very condescending and lacked customer service and said she did not want to argue. She said they didn’t even have the ACTUAL manager on the premises. I had to contact the other store and the other stores manager told me she could’ve just looked online and checked the inventory since it’s all connected instead of having us do all of this. I hate coming to this store because 9/10 the experience is always deplorable. You guys need better management. I will be reporting this lack of customer service to corporate.

I can't put in words how upset I am with T-Mobile. My bill for two of us, 75 & 76 years old was $113 always with Sprint. In February, I went to T-Mobile for two "free" phones. That didn't work out. When I got my first renewal bill for March it was $231.68. Thought it was straightened out, had to wait for April bill because they can't fix an invoice until you have already paid it. My April bill was $224.75. Now instead of going in to the T-Mobile store, my husband called the 611 number for help. This gal said "everything is now straightened out", so we waited for our May bill. It was $130.34. Going the right direction, no, our June bill will be $196.68. We called 611 again and they said to check with the manager wherever we received our free phones. I haven't been able to reach Patricia (the manager) yet. She doesn't return phone messages and I have even been put on hold to wait for her. She never came. As soon as I get back, I am headed to Verizon, I am done with all the run around. My advice is to stay away from T-Mobile. Every person gives you a different answer, if and when you get one. Run, they don't value you as a customer.

Went to talk to the store about issues with my bill, I was working with the rep Alejandro, Who was absolutely beyond dismissive and a liar. He told me that they could not honor what I was promised because the assistant manager who set up my account was fired. He then went into detail on why she was fired convincing himself of the lies that he made up in his head. With supposedly the girl with black hair working with him (new assistant manager) backing him in everything he said. Come to find out that the previous assistant manager was not fired and that my account problems were due to Netflix changes, and my bill was corrected right away with Customer service. I would not recommend going to that location and working with Alejandro. If you aren’t making a purchase or should I say giving him a sale he doesn’t care to help. Go see Liz in Davenport T-mobile location. if you want true customer service, with HONEST ASSISTANCE, and knowledgeable rep who isn’t going to ruin your account I whole heartedly recommend her.

So, I swung by T-Mobile to upgrade my mom's iPhone due to some issues with her current phone. When I walked in, Elsie and her colleague greeted me warmly. I explained the situation to Elsie, and she went above and beyond to assist us. Elsie guided us through the process of choosing a new iPhone that not only fit our budget but also matched our preferences. However, we encountered a few hiccups along the way. The iPhone started glitching, making it challenging to input the password and back up the phone. To complicate matters, my mom couldn't recall her iCloud password, and when we attempted to reset it, the iPhone ended up locked for several hours, adding more complexity to the situation. Throughout the entire ordeal, Elsie remained incredibly helpful, patient, and positive. She didn't let the challenges faze her. Once she managed to resolve the issues, she hooked my mom up with the iPhone 15 Plus, which my mom absolutely adores. Elsie also took the time to explain the ins and outs of the promotion for trading in a phone and receiving credit toward a new one. Impressed by Elsie's service, I decided to trade in my iPhone 12 for the iPhone 15 Pro Max, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. If you're ever in need of assistance at T-Mobile, just ask for Elsie – she'll undoubtedly take care of you.

Coming into this T-Mobile store become a great pleasure I am an elderly man and in some areas I consider myself a dinosaur Martin and Carlos it made things so much easier for me they sincerely respect me which I appreciate I will definitely recommend the store and those two Representatives to any of my friends
