Excellent service provided by the amazing Anna Kat, today!! She patiently waited for hours while all my data was transferred from my old phone (I had forgotten my trust wallet pass keys and I had to run home to get them!) she was awesome!! Thank you so much for your help!!

The worst experience in this store. I went to the store and after one and a half hours the salesperson Vadym didn't say anything, and I had to leave. The slowest person ever. Don't recommend that place. I went into the store wanting to buy a watch. The salesperson Vadym told me to wait as he was selling it at the moment. After a while, he didn't sell it and gave it to me, when his other colleague came and got my information for the purchase something happened in the system. Vadym was still busy with the same clients who didn't buy the watch. His colleague gave him the watch and told me to wait and that he was going to resolve this issue and I could be able to buy the watch. 30 minutes pass by while he is still talking to the same clients. Then he didn’t say anything and I saw how he sold the watch I was waiting one hour and a half for. The only thing he said was “sorry”. Thank you Vadym for wasting my time.

Bed experience with KAT she is the lie to us since we work in 1st she said that they have the color of the watch that I want and they don't . 2nd she try to convince us to drop our 10 years account to move to different account and it will be the same price. After she run our credit find out the price more alot more . Ripoff She no professional, and not qualified at all .

I visited the store on 9/6/24 and I had a terrible experience the employees in that store are not professional at all, the store is crowded due to the fact there are roughly 8 employees working at one time doing absolutely nothing and I felt they were brushing me off I will definitely not be going back to that store again
