T-Mobile Authorized Retailer - Cell phone store in Tavares - 401 W Burleigh Blvd, USA

The store manager, Ryan I believe, was SO friendly and helped me switch my phone over from Android to iOS. It took a while but he was extremely patient and informative. I will definitely go back and plan on taking my father and sister there when they are ready to upgrade!

Very friendly staff and great customer service! Ryan and Steven helped me move a Verizon line over to my existing T-Mobile account and get a new phone. They are both very knowledgeable and seem to enjoy their jobs.

My husband needed a new phone after warranty and insurance failed us, so we went into the store to buy a new one. He switched from an iPhone to an Android. Ryan, the manager, went above and beyond to help him out with the phone transfer. We didn't think he was going to be able to recover my husband's pictures, contacts, etc. because the iPhone was dead, it hadn't updated in a while, and only some of the data was stored in the cloud. Ryan used his spare iPhone (his personal phone is an Android) to pull up my husband's Apple account and transfer all of the data, and because it was near closing time and the data was still transferring, he stayed logged in to the phone until the transfer was complete. T-Mobile keeps moving employees from store to store, so I hope Ryan is able to stay in Tavares. He's an absolute gem!!!

Ryan was awesome he took his time to explain everything thoroughly and Chris took time with my teenage daughters with their phones and Steve came in with technological shortcuts on my android. Definitely a Dynamic Trio. 5 Stars hands down!

The store was nice and clean. The staff wasn’t very welcoming. However, they were professional, fast and efficient with my phone issue.

This is the only T-Mobile store that I will visit. I seldom have to go, but when I do Ms. Fran is the absolute BEST when she is working this location. A few months ago I had to have Trisha assist me with backing up my phone. Despite the minor issues she was having she also gave excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable. The store is clean, the employees welcomes everyone when they come through the door and will advise they will be with you shortly. If you lack having patience, I highly recommend that you avoid visiting during peak hours.
