BEWARE OF SCAM!!!!!
They will add on accessories/insurance without asking you. They will quote you a price when you ask and the price they give you, will be with the accessories/insurance included so you think you’re getting a good price. Make sure to tell them you DO NOT WANT ACCESORIES/INSURANCE, they will say “it’s included in the price I told you”, to make it sound like it’s a deal but that’s only because they originally quoted you the charges already. So please don’t fall for that scam.
Went there first thing Sunday morning and some girl with clear glasses said our t mobile account didnt’t exist! She said there was nothing she could do or her manager could do ( I don’t think she can do much anyways) and that we would have to call t mobile support… Why are you clocked in, let alone getting paid if you can’t work with or help customers?!?! Luckily the t mobile on Hatch road had workers who were ready to work and had motivation, they found our acc within minutes of arriving and helped connect my phone. I recommend anyone go to the one on hatch rd to actually get help and not just lazy teenagers who are there for a check.
Very rude employees. They put a fraud alert on my account for absolutely no reason. They shouldn’t even be allowed to represent TMobile as they don’t have any clue what they are doing. I will never step foot in this store ever again.
Horrible service!!!!! They do not deserve 1 star. They were not willing to help with anything. I was told they couldn’t transfer my information from current phone to new phone. They were not even wanting yo sell me a new phone. Left and went to Ceres, walked out with new phone with all info transferred. I would recommend everyone in Turlock to try Ceres T Mobile. The staff is amazing
If you want terrible service and a kid wearing sunglasses who has no clue about helping customers and tells you they are out of cell phones then this is the right place for you. Left there and went to the store in ceres and in half an hour had a new phone. That place has fantastic customer service!!!
This T-Mobile store is ridiculous I’ve encountered nothing but issues at this location. And don’t fall for there promotions nothing a huge scam they say your phone will come with a phone case, screen protector and charger for free and include the cost of each item in your monthly payment.
Came here a bit skeptical as I was looking for a new phone plan and new carrier. I didn't want to feel overwhelmed or feel committed on buying something. The girl who helped me (sorry forgot her name) was extremely nice and knew her information regarding phones and plans. She walked us through our different options without making us feel like we needed to make the switch. After about 30 minutes of going over the plans, phones and accessories we decided to move forward and switch to T-Mobile. I feel confident I made the right decision as I will be paying less than I was with my old carrier and the girl made me feel comfortable to come back with any questions. Definitely recommend this place as their customer service is exceptional!
This T-Mobile is awesome and has very nice and helpful employees!! Manpreet is awesome and helped my friend fix the mess that the 1560 E Hatch Rd #500, Modesto, CA 95351 store left. My friend is old school and likes to pay the bill in person. He has been paying the bill in person at the Modesto location for over a year without a problem until last month. Due to a language barrier, the sales rep took advantage of him and changed his plan from a prepaid to postpaid plan. The cost went from $50 to $75. When I went back to that store they were unwilling to help us and told us to call 611. The rep "Omar" kept shifting the blame back on my friend. I told him maybe it was a language barrier or misunderstanding, and regardless of who's fault it is, please revert us back to the old plan. No hard feelings. He did not help and would not provide a manager. They seemed more interested in serving new customers. I came back to this Turlock location and the service was night and day. Manpreet could've told us to call 611 as well. However, he worked diligently for 3 hours to resolve our issue and made sure we left happy! Keep up the awesome work brother!
