They'll sell you a phone but after that forget about any other help. I had trouble with the app for my hearing aids. I called 800 number for tech help. The tech was real helpful and told me to go back to the store then have them call him. Went back to the store and all I got was a big NO from the guy who sold me the phone.
Do NOT go into this store; do everything online, instead. I was due for an upgrade and made the mistake of going into the store. Madison told me my bill would be exactly the same and that was a LIE. Once I saw my new monthly bill, I went to the store to get answers. Of course, she wasn't working but another employee tried to help. He wrote everything down and told me the manager would call me. Well, of course he did not and Madison did not respond to my email. I had to call T-Mobile and they took care of everything. Again, do NOT go to the store, as they do the old "bait and switch" act. Simply upgrade your service online or call T-Mobile and deal with a true customer service agent. So shameful to do business this way at the store.

Went in today to get home internet. I arrived in a bad mood and a bad perception of T-Mobile/sprint. I was kind of a jerk when I arrived Julian was my rep. He was fantastic and got me set up and explained to me everything I needed to do in easy to understand terms. I highly recommend this location for customer service and product knowledge. This location is now my go-to for cell service and tech related gadgets. Ask for him. You will not be disappointed!
