Mixed reviews. Friday team seemed better than Saturday who were focused on selling phones. I got a replacement through their insurance, have paid TMobile for two decades for me and my family. The switch took a long time (over an hour and a half) and was incomplete. No photos, missing apps, no messages. I feel they rushed me out and focused on phones purchased there. Returning a third time but now it's Saturday so we'll see.
I had a great experience at T Mobile in Stoneham with Jon he is awesome! He made changing over go smoothly answering all my questions, never made me feel rushed. Would definitely recommend
This is the best location I've been to. Jon is the best! My husband and I had to trade in phones today, and he had us up and running and out of the store in 45 minutes. He makes it look easy. Go here for everything.

I just had the most wonderful experience with Jim. I went into the store to purchase a new galaxy note for my 94 year old mother. I explained that my Moms phone was constantly playing crazy ads from the 300 plus apps that she had downloaded.Jim said that I didn’t need a new phone. My Mom has advanced dementia and had MULTIPLE bible, rosary and game apps on her phone. All she really wants to do is listen to the rosary but it was constantly being interrupted with ads!! Jim worked with me to remove all the apps and even removed the App Store so she couldn’t download anything else. As I’m writing this, I’m listening to my Mom saying her rosary. She’s a very happy little lady !! Thank you again, Maureen
Really bad!! They don’t give a damn about you, very rude. Don’t try to explain things right, and you really don’t feel welcome on the store. Not coming back!!
T Mobile in Stoneham is awesome, these guys are a great team! I have been going to this store for around 15 years. Probably more now that I think about it. Great employees from the manager to the staff ! Very knowledgeable and helpful. A few of the guys have been there at least 10 years. John has become a friend over the years always very helpful when I have these odd issues with my phone. I can't say enough about this location and the guys there! If I could give more then 5 stars I would!
My wife came in to finish a swap over of phones. The tech was incredibly rude to her and obviously didn't know a thing. Definitely avoid this store.
