T-Mobile - Cell phone store in Blythe - 318 S Lovekin Blvd, USA

Decided to get a new service. The girl working was very unfriendly and unhelpful. But... it was being told that, if I bought my device flat out, I would not be able to unlock it for six months. Definitely did not want a company to have control over a device I paid for upfront if I didn't like the service. Decided to use another carrier and purchased elsewhere.

This store gave me the best gift. Got my service to work in minutes. Even though the sales kiosk in the cost co in Gilbert tried for 4 hours to no success. The commission for my new service should go to these folks. Not the person whom sold me the service

Customer service is good. Their entire system wasn't working. The whole T-Mobile. We tried calling to pay. But I was happy for good customer service. Of course they should get bottled water because a cup of water is not safe anymore

We were the first customers of the grand opening, March 31st 2023. We were set up by Destiny Frazer, she was a very kind employee and understanding. The rest of the employees were also welcoming including the Manager, Johnathan Solano. We activated Magenta Max 55+ with an iPhone 14 Pro 256GB Space Black. Traded in a iPhone 13 256GB Midnight for it, got 800$ off, although the data transfer was longer than expected, with some hiccups on the road, It was still complete! We are also having blazing fast 5G ultra capacity, The average is 200-300 mbps via Speedtest by Ookla. Overall I reccomend this phone store to everyone! 9.9/10

The girl could not even help me. She said I could not do anything about pop-up ads. Plus, it is running my battery dead in 4 hours. I even paid extra . I'm am very disappointed in this store . Lack of education, when I said I'll take it to another store, she said okay.

Great service and friendly service providers. I'm very pleased T Mobile came to our small community to provide their services
