Had the Chicken Fried Steak for lunch. Was just ok.....not as flavorful that I would have liked. Okra and Mashed potatoes were on the side. All ok..... not bad but just ok. Service was excellent and the atmosphere great. This is a smoking establishment so be prepared if that is an issue for you. Will be back again to try something different.
I am here a lot with bands, MusicBoXx, Thirty Minute Ego, Island 45, and so on. My favorite of all the Mulligans, 64 rocks every weekend! ALL OF THE STAFF!! work extra hard to make your experience Fantastic…..
Awesome place, the staff are amazing and the atmosphere is really great. Security on the weekends makes customers feel safe, but during the week I’ve noticed the lack of security. It takes Memphis PD or the Sheriff’s department too long to arrive. I think increasing security during the week days would make customers feel much safer and secure. Overall I really enjoy spending time and eating at TJ Mulligans 64.
Prompt friendly service, decent food and good value for the price. The atmosphere left something to be desired. Some drunk guy was throwing a tantrum and getting kicked out while I was there.
A cover charge, to see a garage band... dont get me wrong, they were good, but they kept saying "we've never done this song before" lie... over and over... then my friend makes a request, and the singer says, "no, we don't know that one.".. whatever man... Plus, the music doesn't have to be so loud, do that folks have to yell a conversation... Kitchen closes except for cardboard flavored pizza.. It is a difficult environment for a DD.. I'd spend some money, but you have no decent food available. The tea tastes like a Yankee made it . .. the soda tastes like the water is dirty... and you charge me a cover for being a responsible sober driver ... Booooo.

Can't go wrong with this place if you like an Irish bar or a bar that's gives you your money's worth in drinks. Food is always good and hits the spot. 🤘
For the price, how can you complain about the food? The food was great. I can't remember what day I went on, but it was bingo night. I was slightly annoyed by the bingo and the music playing at the same time. The service was great though. She was very nice. This is your typical bar, so don't expect upscale.
