We spent the past week in Port St. Joe on vacation. When I say just go ahead and skip these expensive dinner choices and go here, I mean it. We spent over $200 the night before for mediocre at best food from one of the most highly rated “fancy” places in town. The best food we had was right in the heart of downtown. Immediately this place had a warm feel, nice smooth music, a play area for my daughter, and most importantly a warm welcome from the staff. The baked Brie & calamari was divine, I immediately noticed the love and admiration put into the food here. I had the salmon dinner special and the others had pasta dishes. The salad served out first had the most delicious dressing I have ever had tossed into fresh mixed greens. This is real chef curated love infused food. I couldn’t say enough good things about any of it, you’re missing out if you skip this hidden gem.
Natasha and her husband do an amazing job across the board! The food is always fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and very very tasty! My wife Hailey and I love this place for both lunch and dinner. I have to say if you are a burger fan their burgers are the BEST in Port Saint Joe. The truffle burger is so AMAZING! Plus their French fries are on point.
We had the Chicken Pesto Panini with salad and fries at TIGF for lunch, and that may have been the best panini I've had. For thick cut fries, I was really impressed with how crispy those were as typically thick fries are kinda soft. We definitely will be adding this to our list of regular eating places.
The place is very cute. However the menu could definitely be printed on something a little more official, and some of the items seem out of place. We were told there would be a wait even though there were only 2 other tables seated, and the staff seemed a little awkward. The food was good and did come out at decent intervals, and seemed fresh. Our server was very nice and asked all the proper questions but she was very quiet.
A friend who lives in Port St Joe recommended TIGF to us.. After entering I found it spacious and warm. There is not a lot of seating which is nice. This is your typical quaint European restaurant with amazing food. My wife and I had the chicken panini with salad and a side of fries. For dinner we had the lasagna. This will be a regular stop for lunch and dinner for sure. Highly recommend!!!
It’s a husband and wife duo that run this place. With that said, you need to make reservations and don’t expect the quickest service since they get pretty busy. Regardless, some of the best food in the area.
We just experienced our very first French bakery at T.I.G.F this past Sunday morning and wow we were blown away! The food was absolutely amazing! We were able to try almost all of the offerings before they sold out. Our favorite were the elephant ears, hands down one of the very best things I’ve ever tasted in my life! They only do the French bakery in the Fall and Winter months on Sunday mornings at 8:15. Get there early, there will be a line and they sale out quick! We almost missed out, but we’re so stoked we got to experience this amazing goodness and can’t wait until the next!
We had a fantastic dinner - pasta bolognese and pasta carbonara, both served with bread and salad.
Great portions and great service.
We will definitely be going back!

This is agreat hole-in-the-wall. I am a pool player, and all the other players and locals made me feel like an old friend. Lee saved our lost water bottle carrier for us when we returned. Made my wife's day. Christmas day get together was awesome.
