Been waitin for a quote for over 3 months on greenhouse parts for greenhouses they built. They will take my phone call, promise a return call and a quote but I never hear back from anyone. The service is terrible. I would not buy anything from here again. Do yourself a huge favor and find someone with better customer service and people who actually care about their customers needs. 3 months of waiting for a quote is way too long, especially when your dealing with live plants!

My partners and I flew in to meet with James. Had an appointment in the early afternoon, called in the morning to confirm was told he was out for the day and he would call us. Never called, we will go with a company that is more responsive to our needs.
