Sam is the best. I'm tech dependent but also tech ignorant and ever since I found him he has kept my system up, secure and safely backed up with minimal involvement on my end. The few times my software has caused conflicts or glitched he has been available on short notice to get things back in order and his rates are reasonable, too. Highest recommendation for your IT needs.

Sam was most helpful in helping our law firm get our PCLaw software working. He successfully fixed our issue and was so patient and professional throughout the process. Prior to us engaging Sam, we worked through the PCLaw support portal for many hours, and they were not able to fix the issue.
