I thought I may have opened a dangerous email because I knew the sender, but their email had been hacked so I reached out to Syscom to ensure I didn't open the door for any spammers or add malware to our system. I received a response email and call just a few minutes after I opened the case and James remoted into my computer and made sure there was nothing bad in our system. I greatly appreciated the super fast reply and action that assured me I hadn't caused any issues. It was a huge relief and I am very appreciative of the professional help, and especially the speed of the reply, along with the peace of mind knowing I didn't cause any issues.

Everything about our experience with LVIT and now SYSCOM has been exceptional. I can't imagine how any company could give us better service. They are always there, receptive, smart, patient, and so efficient. As the leader of a nonprofit with a very small staff they have simply been a godsend. I highly recommend and thank them.

Syscom recently took over a local company in Metro Detroit. They absorbed our account. We had terrible service and they Jacked up the prices after the acquisition(Michigan Computer). The Service level was not nearly what we had with Michigan Computer-they lie and tell you that the service level will increase---it has not. We transitioned our services away from Bernie and his IT group---they did not work well with the transition and invoiced the heck out of us. They drag their feet and try to bill you out instead of focusing on the quality service level that is needed. We received additional invoices after the signoff has been completed. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY at all. They will hold hostage on any Microsoft 365 licenses---they jack up the License and are not even in the ballpark for pricing with other IT competition.

Syscom recently took over territory in Metro-Detroit & acquired a smaller IT management company my company had been with for years. At the beginning the relationship was fine, but you could tell they were more corporate than the local guys used to be. A few months ago they increased the rate of our bill by 40% without any notification. The owner of Syscom told me 'we did our best to notify our customers, but it's hard to make sure everyone knew the rates were going up'. And their field service tech told me on the side that he had heard of MULTIPLE customers complaining of this erroneous increase. When I tried to move on to another IT company, they held my passwords & information ransom. They would not release my own information to me unless I paid their cancellation fee. Be careful if you are considering Syscom. They are money hungry & do not care about their customers.

I have been very happy with Syscom's service. They are reasonably priced, and the team is always available when we need them. I recommend them if you are a small business in search for fractional IT support.

Great Service, cost is a little high but then again, you get what you pay for these days!
