Nice public beach and playground. Picnic tables are available. Nice shelter with restrooms. Only drawback is that it is not dog friendly.
Me and lil dog always enjoy it there. Labor Day night it was totally empty. Park people been doing extra duty all the trash cans have been emptied and everything picked up.
We love this beach! Well maintained and plenty of shade to enjoy time in or out of the water. Plenty of picnic tables so we didnt feel overcrowded.
It's nice most of the time when it is not super busy and that can vary greatly, but on its own it is a wonderful beach with clean water. They have a public grill and 2 different pavilions one made of wood and all fancy looking the other a modern rectangle with bathroom attached
The beach area is very clean. Park has enough equipment to keep the kids entertained. Really appreciate the beautiful scenery and opportunity to get the kids outside in a well maintained area.
That's a nice leg good place to swim at kids enjoy it it's not pet friendly but you can go barbecue out there and have the most of it
It was okay. We sat down and had a great time. But the fish would sometimes try to bite. And while we about to leave a kid dropped slot of Pringle sin the water. Other than that, we had an okay time.
Good time watching the 2023 July 4th fireworks. Food trucks were good, the hot dog guy has the best Chicago dogs around here. Only issue was some jackass shooting off fireworks across the street during the entire display. RUDE!

Great service and selection of food. Nice beach bar atmosphere. Outrigger is.still one of the finest burgers I have eaten. Cheese curds are excellent. Clam chowder still a favorite.
Our food is always fresh and ready for pick up very quickly! We love the owners, some the hardest workers and kindest people you could ever come across ð¥°
Great little bar to hang out in. Bar staff was great. We took the Lilly Pad boat out on the lake and had dinner and drinks. Michigan CAT appreciates you!!
