Synergy Orthotics & Prosthetics is absolutely the best! I lost my left leg below the knee due to a Staph/MRSA infection that settled in my foot. Needless to say, this was one of the most horrible moments in my life. Before losing my limb I was very active. I had a lot of fear and anxiety about losing the ability to do all of those things that I liked to do.The first time I met Kristen with my Surgeon I knew that I was in good hands. When she described to me the processes of designing and fitting my new Prosthetic it was apparent that she not only knew Prosthetics but was passionate about helping people to be able to enjoy as much of a quality of life as is possible after losing part of their body. Throughout the process I always felt comfortable and well informed. One of the best things about Synergy is that they make their Prosthetics In-House. This gives them an advantage over other Prosthetists because any issues can be addressed immediately instead of having to wait for your prosthetic to be shipped somewhere to be corrected. Not only is Kristen great at what she does but the entire staff at Synergy is great too. I always feel at home and cared for whenever I need them. I would highly recommend Synergy to anyone in need of Orthotics or Prosthetics.

I've been a patient with Artisan for over 10 years and have always been delivered a quality product. Warren and the technicians there really know what they are doing. They listen to my issues and make the appropriate modifications for a comfortable fitting socket and working knee. With their help, I was able to improve my gait and participate in a running clinic. The front desk staff were very cooperative and worked with me with my insurance. This is not an easy process and I was glad to have such an experienced staff help me with the claims over the years.

This is a fantastic Orthotics and Prosthetics practice. They are great at their craft. Importantly, unlike some of the national O&P chains, they do not oversell expensive braces-they recommend to patients the brace that is the most mechanically sound that the patient will wear regularly. They have many trial braces to try out at their office. This is a great advantage as often insurance will cover only one brace for 3-5 years-you want to get the right one! Terrific nice people with outstanding skills!

I got a referral to Artisan Orthotic Prosthetic Technologies, Inc. for a knee brace. They were able to get me an appointment quickly and worked with my schedule. They worked seamlessly with my 2 insurance companies (Moda & Tricare). At the appointment, I got a thorough evaluation, options offered, and the best advice for using the brace going forward. I could tell that they cared a lot about getting everything right, and not just about getting the reimbursement right. There was obvious experience and knowledge in all aspects, and I recovered faster than I thought. Although I hope I don't need their services again, they'll be my first choice if needed.

My daughter went there for over a year and despite her telling them that the leg, and the liner was not working they continued to disregard her complaints and in the end delivered her a leg that doesn’t work! She is now having to start all over again at another place. I don't know about the quality of work because we didn't get that far. My wife tried to go here, but after about 3 weeks we found out that they were out of network with our insurance company. Artisan knew this the entire time and used very misleading verbiage to get us to stay with them. I know, in hindsight I should've checked with my insurance right away to be sure, but we trusted Artisan. Turns out it would've been too much for us so we decided to go elsewhere. We asked what we owed so far and they said nothing since they didn't get to the building process there was nothing to bill insurance for. You can imagine our surprise when we received a bill for $225 for shrinkers that could've been purchased for less than half that in a retail store. I tried to talk about this with them on my wife's behalf. They wouldn't talk to me even with my wife's verbal permission. They said we had to fill out a release form. I asked them to send it. They never did. I wrote them a letter since the phone calls weren't working. No response. The bill just kept coming in the mail. We eventually gave up and are paying as much as we can each month. The experience was not only frustrating to have an unexpected bill, but it also set my wife back 3 weeks in the process of getting her prosthetic. Artisan did not care about any of that.

Been with this group for over five years now and they have made the process as a LAKA wonderful.

Professional, caring, efficient. Had foot drop after fusion, got me on immediately prior to an emergency trip to Wisconsin. Gave me a loaner and pursued ins. approval while I was gone. Emma is a true Professional, office staff Amazon and check out the lamp in the lobby. What movie?
