Synergy has been an amazing experience for my son! He started off very shy and timid and has now gained more confidence in himself through the Martial Arts class and Summer Camp! Everyday, my son is excited about attending Martial Arts classes and Summer Camp. The staff is friendly and thorough! I would highly recommend Synergy to anyone interested in enrolling their child(ten) in a Martial Arts program.
Wonderful place to learn Tang Soo Do. They don’t just give out belts, you have to earn them. They teach discipline and respect even with the younger children. Both my daughters loved going to martial arts here and have gained so much confidence. Master Michael and Master Derek are great instructors.
I have been bringing my son here since May 2023 and also he did not want to come at first, this has done wonders for his confidence, he is now a yellow belt and I could not be more proud. Master Micheal and Master Derek are absolutely amazing.
I love Master Derek and his staff’s teaching techniques and the positive environment. My older daughter’s were part of Synergy’s summer programs a few years back and loved it and my youngest is now part of the regular program and even though she’s extremely shy, in a few classes she’s learning self confidence, discipline and martial arts! Instructors are knowledgeable and really do treat you as family
Since my family and I have trained with Master Derek and Master Michael we have all seen positive changes in our lives, gained confidence, and gotten in much better shape mentally and physically. I definitely would recommend training here if you are looking to get into or getting back into martial arts. This is a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all ages as well.

My kids love coming for the martial arts, but stay for the games at the end of class. Each day and lesson is a little different at Synergy Karate and we are looking forward to their week of Summer camp.
My son has been coming to Synergy for the a little over a month now and WOW what a difference it has made. My son's self confidence has improved greatly and he is even more disciplined with his homework and chores while at home. Even with a class full of kids, Master Dereck has gone out of his way to work with our son and make him feel special. We are so thrilled we finally signed up for classes at Synergy Martial Arts.
