We journeyed to Sylvan Dale Ranch with 31 family members, ranging from 8 months of age to eighty years old. Everyone rated our week's experience a 10 on a 10 scale. It simply exceeded expectations on every level - wonderful vistas, so many activities with the horses, great food, and exceptional staff. Could not recommend our stay there more highly. Truly exceptional and not to be missed. We have vacationed in Europe, the Caribbean, Latin America, Africa, and Russia. Each has its attractions. This past June was my fifth visit to Sylvandale Guest Ranch, all during a Cowgirl Round Up each evening week. Next year is on the books also. Everytime my friends go, we always seem to continue to have a wonderful time. The horses are amazingly sure footed climbing up those rocky mountainous trails, leading us to some spectacular views. All the staff are very pleasant and understanding throughout the ranch. Each evening there are optional social activities, along with other optional daytime activities, such as shooting, yoga, fishing, rock climbing, massages, cattle sorting, and the list goes on!|The last day, a gymkhana is held, which is fun for any level rider. Sylvandale Ranch has become my happy place! Highly recommend!

My husband and I got married here at Sylvan Dale Ranch on 6/1/2024 and it was the perfect day! The surrounding mountain views are breathtaking. The cabins and guest houses on the ranch are very convenient for everyone. We chose the destination wedding package and it was the best decision being able to stay at the ranch all weekend and having rehearsal here as well. The food was phenomenal and I got a ton of compliments on how delicious it was. For Sunday, our last day on the ranch, we chose to do horseback riding and trap shooting. The trails for horseback riding were beautiful and the staff was very kind and considerate. The trap shooting team did an incredible job of making sure everything was taken care of and everyone was having fun. Our day of coordinator, Kate, did a great job with helping us set up, making sure we're on schedule, and communicating with our other vendors. All the staff involved did a wonderful job making sure our day was perfect!

We had such a wonderful ride! Our guide, Miki was fun and did an amazing job. The horses were just lovely. It was so great to see they were all in good weight, and the staff really interacted with them with care and concern. We couldn't be happier, and I can't wait to get back for a longer stay! I had such an incredible visit at Sylvan Dale Ranch in July. From horseback riding through stunning landscapes to cozy campfires with Smores, it was a blend of adventure, relaxation, and camaraderie. With activities like fly fishing, target shooting, archery and more, coupled with warm hospitality, it’s an unforgettable experience with memories to last a lifetime. I met so many wonderful people. Can't wait to visit again!

Booked an hour long trail ride for a party of five. The grounds were beautiful and very well kept. Miki our guide was amazing and made sure everyone was comfortable. We chose a path that was a little rocky and the horses did great. The instructions were heavily based on what was most comfortable and safe for the horses, no kicking or pulling. Such a cute place to visit, can’t wait to come back!!

My husband and I went on a 2 hour horse ride and it was the most fun experience I've had at a stable! The horses were fantastic, full of personality. You can tell they take care of their horses! The guides, Nate and Paige, were awesome! It was such a great experience and I highly recommend this ranch!

I was recently elected as the Mayor of Windsor and picked this place for a two-day strategic planning retreat with our Town Board and leadership team. It is a great venue, great food, and great service. It was far better than our last venue, a windowless basement conference room at the Marriott in Downtown Denver. I also got married at Sylvan Dale in 1995. It is nicer now than it was back then. I highly recommend for your retreat. I know we will be back!
