SYLO Hotel Denver Airport, a Ramada by Wyndham - Hotel in Aurora - 16921 E 32nd Ave, USA

Every accommodation was available at the hotel. Easy access to freeways, local restaurant establishments near by. We had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker. The bedding was comfortable, and the room was clean and neat. Complimentary breakfast (which was very good quality.) They had hot items, eggs, sausage, and potatoes. Bagels, oatmeal, yogurts, excellent pancakes. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, every juice, along with toast and muffins. They also have a complimentary shuttle to and forth to the airport, and 2 mile radius from the hotel. As well as vending machines, and washer & dryer. As well as a pool and hot tub. The hotel has a fresh scent throughout the property. I was very pleased with my stay. I will return for sure.

My 7 year old daughter and I stayed overnight to catch a flight out of Denver Airport. Now, from the pics online, it looked clean, safe, my kid wanted to swim in the pool and it offered free breakfast. Well, upon entering the hotel doors, there were 2 random men laying on the entrance couch and floor with no shirt on, unbuckled pants and were being combative with the front desk clerk. We get checked in, start walking to our room and see that the hotel was literally under construction. There were pallets of tools and material posted along the long eerie hallway, some over 6 feet that were blocking the hotel doors, with the worst case of mildewy smelly. To my surprise, our room was clean, tidy but did not provide towels or minor amenities like a small bar of soap, toilet paper. I called the front desk and they were currently out of all essentials but would send maintenance out asap. Well,ASAP turned into 3 hours. While we waited, we checked out the indoor pool. Wow! Can we say, inferno? It was like 110degrees in there. Anyway, Those 2 argumentative weird dudes from check in, were still in their jeans. They were literally diving, whistling all loud, Yelling out odd phrases, splashing and smacking the pool water with no consideration of others. There were 4&5 year olds whose parents told them it's time to go , 2 other adult couples left. The pool rules are posted for a reason. Everything they were doing was against policy. No diving, no loud music or screaming, no splashing!! We got out of there And ended up going to the convenience store down the road for toilet paper, soap. Last but not least, the free breakfast. Half of what was displayed like the apple and orange juice machine didn't work, the waffle machine worked but the waffle batter was not available, scrambled eggs butt conveniently they just ran out ( even though we were there within 30 minutes of opening) of toast,had coffee but no creamer or sugar, milk but no cereal, they did have muffins, cookies, no bacon or sausage, bagels yes but no cream cheese and toaster was broken. Their whole marketing, advertising, along with pics are completely false. It's basically an old red roof inn.

Missed a connecting flight due to weather and had to stay the night. I saw this hotel offered complimentary airport shuttle service. I called to make sure it was available before booking my stay. She said “24/7 M’am”. The shuttle was there amazingly quick and caught it back at 9am the next day. Very reliable. Staff was great, my room nice & clean and the mattress was quite comfortable. A great night’s stay at SYLO!

The best place in Denver, Colorado the food was great. Customer service is good. The manager needs to raise very friendly. I work for Cr England pod and I’ll always have a good room. Customer service is good. I recommend anybody come here. The The rates are good and they got a settle. They can take you to Walmart.

Very nice people & courteous. The breakfast was good and the staff was right on top of it nothing ran out. The pool was nice also. I asked for room bottom floor unless they had an elevator. Everything was right there didn't have to go far for breakfast or pool. Price was a little high.

After a dismal day of weather delays at DFW & a miserable airline experience that left me stranded at DEN, I needed a room. I chose SYLO because they were the least expensive, but I was surprised at how valuable the whole experience was. It was late & I was very tired, but the reservation agent was so patient with me & made sure to confirm all of my info & answer all of my questions. I was then transferred to the front desk to request the shuttle to pick me up. I didn’t know DEN that well, but the clerk gave me clear instructions & assured me that the driver would call me prior to arriving, which he did. Once I arrived, the clerk gave me toothbrushes and toothpaste, which I was so grateful for. I was also instructed to reserve my shuttle back to the airport on an easy to fill out sheet at the front desk. The hotel was being renovated, but it was easy to navigate. My room was clean & I was surprised at how quiet it was. I slept great and the clerk and housekeeping didn’t have a problem with me checking out at 2 PM so I could catch my rebooked flight. I made sure to take advantage of the free breakfast and I was able to rest, undisturbed, until it was time to head back to the airport. The shuttle driver on that trip was friendly and funny, which pretty much sealed the deal for me and left a smile on my face. Thank you SYLO team, I will forever be grateful!

I got in late and these folks were exceptional. I plan to use them again!!!! Wow their service was remarkable. Plus their driver remembered me and really took good care of me on my way to and from the airport, plus he was great to chat with too!!! I have physical limitations and was given the utmost respect. Again Thank You for everything!!! My husband would like their level of service too.

I wish I could say you get what you pay for… But for 250 a night, this was no deal, and a pretty frustrating experience. What the pictures online don’t show are outdated beds and furniture, nonworking air conditioning units, and paper thin floors and ceilings. I showed up to a trashed couch in my room, they moved me to another room that had torn bed sheets and a nonworking AC unit — maintenance did come and fix that. The AC units seem like they are from 1990 and make ungodly sounds at night. The worst part of it all though was I was on the second floor and I believe there is a family living above my room with children running back-and-forth, jumping up and down you can hear everything. And I mean everything. I asked for room switch was possible and they said only if they downgrade my room for me. I’d already switched rooms twice. I wasn’t about to see what was behind door number three. It’s close to the airport, that’s about all it has going for it. Did I mention the bugs in the hallway?
