The Waiting staff was excellent. Love the new design of the place. Deep fried deviled eggs appetizer was amazing. The blackened chicken alfredo was great too. I would definitely go back there and try it again. My wife said the whipped sweet potatoes were great. Looking forward to going back and trying some other dishes

Ordered the chicken sandwich, presentstion was good but, it was as if it was a precooked piece and refried when it was ordered. The meat was hard and rubbery but the outside was crispy. Did not finish eating it. Fries were good though.

We called to place an order and immediately were impressed with the customer service. We were only there for about 10 minutes to pick up food but Ms. Pam was a delight. She’s the kind of person that makes you smile regardless of how your day is going. My boyfriend went to the buffet and I ordered off the menu. When we went to get his plate there was another lady, not sure what her name was, and she was also super nice and helpful. I was so excited to try the food considering how wonderful the people are here. I was not disappointed. The food was fantastic. They had chocolate breaded pudding and it was AMAZING. This place has southern charm and is so welcoming. I don’t live around here but if I’m ever close I will definitely come back. Thank y’all for such a great meal and for brightening my day with your kindness!

Would give this a lower rating if possible. Absolutely horrible experience. We went for lunch, my husband had the lunch buffet and I ordered off the menu. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich and onion rings. Our waitress didn't come back for refills and we finally asked a different waitress who helped us. After an hour and a half of us asking where my food was and getting no good answer we left and we stopped at an Arby's so I could get something to eat. I never did get any food and my husband had been done eating for a while. We will never go back again. Worst restaurant experience ever!!!!

The buffet lunches are the best- Would give 10 Stars for those- ordered 3-then ordered an Adult Chicken Basket & a Kids Cheese Toast with fries. The Adult Chicken Basket for a child was: I assume overcooked cause the tips were solid black and hard. The kid’s Cheese Toast had a big glob of Mayo between the clumped up cheese and bread. Kids don’t like Mayo on their cheese toast or clumped up cheese. Wished they had better and more options for kids menu, because I always get their buffet lunch, but will have to make an extra stop now for grand kid’s meals.

My parents and I stopped in between lunch and dinner to visit with each other for a little while. Dad had the shrimp basket with onion rings and coleslaw and was very impressed. Mother's club sandwich was so large that she could only eat about half of it. And my chicken tenders basket was amazing the french fries were just perfect crispy on the outside soft on the inside hot perfectly salted and so delicious. The tenders themselves were extra crunchy and maybe just a little dry but so delicious and huge portions. The salad bar was amazing and well appointed with lots of options. The honey homemade honey mustard dressing was spot-on probably the best of ever had. Service was amazing even at a slow period of the afternoon. We were well taken care of from arrival to departure.

I would have given a 5 star rating, but the Mac and cheese was plain and cold. BUT THE BURGER AND FRIES!! My. Goodness. I can honestly say I have never had better. I got the BBQ bacon burger. It was cooked through, but was as tender as a medium. Very juicy and flavorful. The fries are crispy coated home fries that were perfectly soft on the inside. I thought the prices were extremely reasonable, the majority being $10 or less. Wonderful environment and good service. The salad bar was also nice. We brought friends with us and everyone was pleased. We do plan to come back at another time. Our commute was close to 50 miles.

We have always enjoyed Sydneis but our past few experiences have gone downhill. Tonight we ordered drinks and food. Drinks were delivered but it was almost an hour before another server came by. Our food order was never put in and the overworked manager did her best to explain. We eventually left hungry and went to sonic. It’s a shame to see a hometown favorite going down like this because the owner is absent and not helping.
