Irritated that I’ve taken my laptop here multiple times for the same intermittent bsod issues, and I’ve provided all the stopcodes, and they tell me everything is fine or that they’re going to just uninstall and reinstall windows and it should fix the issue. Googled all the stop codes, all pointing to RAM issues, and ran the windows memory diagnostic tool and it says I have hardware problems. I’m not sure how I, someone who knows nothing about computers, could figure out the problem while people who are *getting paid do a job* fall short. I dont recommend getting your computer serviced here, very scammy.

We need more local computer stores like these! I dropped by to purchase a PCI card to provide another USB header for my case as well as some solid state storage. Both options work great! I can't wait to go back. They have a bunch of old tech that folks like me just nerd out over. They also have a graphics card Trade-In program. I'm half considering using it to trade up to an RTX 4090.

Friends highly recommended SWS. We took one of two laptops in for a general cleanup and ended up replacing the drive with a solid state drive. What an amazing difference that made! So we decided to take the second laptop in for the same update. That didn't go so well but the SWS techs stayed on it and ultimately replaced the (faulty) drive with another one and that laptop now runs perfectly as well! We appreciate SWS's patience and skill and would definitely recommend them to friends.

Service is great and prices are reasonable. I am not at all tech oriented but they have always had the patience to help me without making me feel stupid!

Noah was great , I was having some issues with my display on a gaming desktop . He had me in and out in about 30 minutes. Also the prices for the service are very reasonable . Glad he helped was about throw my pc threw the window

Got exactly what I wanted in a new desktop computer, including a second internal hard drive for backing up files. You don't want a geek squad, you want the computer pros at SWS.
