Swinomish Casino & Lodge - Lodge in Anacortes - 12885 Casino Dr, USA

We have been coming to Swinomish Casino for years and always enjoy our stay. This three night stay again was very enjoyable with no downside. The room on the water side was immaculate and the water side view is outstanding. The property is well ordered and well maintained. The staff was warm, attentive and service was very good. Our casino experience was great. I played for several hours over the three days and was we rewarded for my time. Lots of choices with machines and lots of wins. One thing I would bring back would be the more attractive and intimate seating in the casino bar on the second floor. It is not as inviting as before. Great place to stay and play. We will be back. Amazing!! One of the best casino-lodges I have been to. Staff was epic, helpful, smiles, jokes, quick assistance, etc. Really Amazing people here. There are always a couple of grumpy ones, but those were usually the pit bosses tired of dealing with wacky customers. The lady pit bosses were like shrewd librarians. Food was good, nice selections, portions and prices. One game had a glitch but staff promptly assisted with.

I love this casino. It's one of the smaller ones I've been to, but it's quaint and very clean! The rooms are spacious and clean as well. Paula at the front desk of the hotel was amazing! I drove 1.5 hours for a little solo adventure to reset. I was traveling alone and told her I was there to explore the area since I hadn't been in about 20 years. She recommended several places for me to go. I went to a few off her list and they just hit the spot. They were absolutely perfect and just what I was looking for. If she is your standard of service, I'll be a regular in no time. I used to be a Manager for Marriott hotels and am very impressed. The gentleman at the Players Club service desk was very friendly and chatty as well, I'm just sorry I didn't get his name. It was a great stay! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the price. A little on the higher end.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had! The first night we had kids running around after 10pm in the room above us. After 6 tries calling the front desk over a 15 minute period with NO answer, I finally went down to the front desk to complain. Both front desk agents we NOT busy. We later heard what I assume was security loudly knocking on the room above us and the noise only increased. When back the front desk to either checkout or get a new room. Even though the parking lot was 1/2 fully, was told there was only one room available which we took. No help from staff moving all our belonging to the new room. The next night, we returned from the casino (which is without a doubt, the tightest payout casino we have ever experienced) to find the TV not working. - could not change channels then it started displaying nothing but snow. Unplugged the HDMI cable and reconnected but was back to only one channel. Tried calling the front desk again and surprise - no answer! My wife went down to complain and was laughed at by the front desk agents! I had had enough and grabbed a cart and removed all our belonging from the room and we went down to checkout (at 8PM) as we had had enough. After they got a manager to waive the 2nd night fee (with ABSOLUTELY NO Apology or we are sorry.) settled the bill for the first night and drove home. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS CASINO/RESORT AGAIN! Really glad there not a medical emergency when I called and got no response from the front desk. By the way, their "Bay View" rooms do give you a view of the bay it just that you have to look over the RV part to see it.

Have been to this hotel many times and always enjoy it! Very friendly reception. No smoking and no pets. The smoke-free casino is pleasant. Spacious rooms with large comfortable beds and bathrooms with walk in shower. The body lotion is a nice touch! The hotel is a short drive from La Conner and Anacortes, and an easy drive from the I5. Recommend the sports bar for excellent fish and chips!

We had the pleasure of checking in with Shay ( Blonde gal with glasses) ,the receptionist on a Friday evening after a long drive. She was phenomenal! Her customer service was amazing, and it was clear she loves her job. Her passion and enthusiasm shone through in every interaction. As someone who works in hospitality myself, I appreciate the attention to detail and friendly demeanor she showed. She is an asset to the hotel team and made our stay unforgettable. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give her more if I could!||Check in Friday June 28th - 1425 ( part of the golf cups group)

Beautiful location, great casino with a wife range of old and new slots. The staff are so personable with superior service. If you tell them what you need they will sincerely try their hardest to accommodate. I love this place, and it helps that I always win money here :-)

Likely the most comfortable Casino environment, not too humble or stuffy, just right. Very well designed and if you are looking for a fine dining experience, the Hotel Restaurant is second to none and it has a view. Lastly, there's a separate building with a gift shop to the West of the Resort that is a must see! Lots of Merchandise and Tribal Artwork!
