Swig - Soft drinks shop in South Jordan - 5462 W Daybreak Pkwy Ste. H1, USA

Seriously how hard is it to follow the order. I was given 2 "32 oz" drinks which is what I ordered. But these aren't two 32 oz drinks. One is and one is definitely not! And it isn't the first time I was sent a smaller size and charged for the bigger size, despite the sticker on the cup being correct.

i was there january 9 at around 3:30 and even with a longer line the service was super fast! everyone who i interacted with was so so kind. drinks were amazing and definitely coming back soon!

Poor service. 3 separate times I have paid for drinks with boba and not received any boba in them. Today I returned with my drink to correct the problem. The girl taking orders was polite and went inside to insure the replacement had boba. The boy, st the window, who handed me my new drink told me to, “Have a good day.” And as I was pulling away, sarcastically said, “Or not.” I stopped and asked to see a manager and he said there was not one there. However another young girl came up and asked what the problem was. The boy told me his name was Josh. I hope he learns better customer service. He has lost my families financial input to Swig.

If there’s one place to stop at in Utah it’s definitely Swig!!! Out of my 2 years living in Utah I could NEVER get tired of their drinks! From the summer drink to the winter hot chocolates, everything is delicious!! I will definitely miss this location and how friendly the staff was. Whenever I visit Utah again I will definitely be stopping at a Swig and getting my fix 😅 Keep up the great work!!!

I just had the stupidest experience. My 2 year old LOVES the gummy sharks. Apparently the kids drink comes with ONE shark? So we asked to order more. I was told that they would ONLY give me 3. They would not charge me for more. They would not add additional sharks to the other drinks. THREE was the limit of gummy sharks available. When we got to the window I asked the girl if we could get more sharks. Unprovoked (I did not ask to speak to her), the manager came to the window upon hearing my request and very matter-of-fact informed me that there was NO WAY to give more sharks. I could not pay for them. The could not give them to me. It was impossible for the MANAGER to find a way. To be clear, I left Swig today having payed $10 for 2-32oz drinks and 3 gummy sharks. This location is clearly on the razors edge of financial collapse.

This is the third time in a row that I’ve gone to this swig and they’ve given me sparkling water instead of regular water. I don’t want to be the person that gives a bad review but it’s frustrating because I don’t realize it’s wrong until I get home. I would just drink it but the sparkling water gives me a headache for some reason, but hopefully they can figure this out and pay attention to orders better.

This is such a great location. The drinks are delicious and the customer service is always great. Special shout out to Lucas at the drive through window for being extra friendly and making today’s experience extra positive.

Very impressed with the quick and easy process of ordering. They have their process down. Even when lines look long, it goes by very quick. I've been to multiple locations and the quality is great across locations. The sugar cookies are so good! I could eat several in a day and not get sick of them. Highly recommend. Especially the daydreamer (Ginger Ale + Pomegranate + Cranberry + Fresh Lemon). So very tasty!
