There's a reason this shop has such high reviews! I always get my children their birthday cakes here. Even when I call last minute (Thursday) they are still able to do such an amazing job (needed the cake on Saturday). Their prices are better then ShopRite! I have compared! I asked for a green cake with leaves because we were doing a dinosaur theme and it looks better then I could even imagine!!

This place is awesome! For many years I was treated to a cake from here for birthday celebrations at work and it didn’t matter what type of cake it was always delicious! I just stopped and got some cookies to take with me to a friends and they don’t disappoint. You won’t be sorry with whatever you get from here. The cookies are super fresh and tasty even though we went at the end of the day. Someone with me even commented that the box the cookies came in is excellent. She has texture issues and is sensitive to touch but found the box to be so pleasant she wanted me to mention in the review.

We purchased a Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake from this bakery this afternoon and it was so delicious. The cake was moist, the icing was creamy and it was just what we wanted. The staff is friendly and the prices are very reasonable.

Stopped in for a dinner party dessert idea. We purchased a brownie cheesecake and were absolutely delighted! It was smooth, creamy, delicious and the brownies were an extra great surprise throughout. Price was reasonable and the dinner party guests we shared it with were equally delighted.

I ordered a tiramisu cake for my daughter-in-law's birthday. I picked it up at 1:00 the day of the event. The girl behind the counter asked my name and what type of cake. She went in the back and came out with the cake boxed up and ready to go. I really didn't need to look at it because I didn't have anything written on the cake. When I got to the event, we put it in the refrigerator until after dinner. To our surprise when we open the cake it was a vanilla cake with cream cheese frosting. I felt terrible because I knew my daughter-in-law would not eat the cake. And the one piece we did cut was dry, definitely not moist. The next morning I called the bakery and informed them of the mistake. After being put on hold for a while, being disconnected and had to call back, I was told if I bring the cake back in they would look at it. So I had to go out of my way to go pick up the cake and take it all the way back, very inconvenient. When we got there with the cake, the woman took it in the back to show the baker. She finally decided to refund our money. But there was never an apology or, asked how they could make it right, they actually made us feel like we were a nuisance. I will never order another cake from there again and it's a shame because I always prefer to buy local.

Every single thing I have ever gotten from here is fantastic!!! My local farmers market even sells their pies (I love the blueberry peach pie)! This place is great and I've always found the cakes to be delicious and beautiful!

Not only do they have the best pastries and donuts in South Jersey, they are the most generous. They have consistently stepped up to the plate and provided donations for me to take to Kensington when I go there to feed the homeless, and today on Thanksgiving was no exception! Thanks Karen!

I called to order two dozen cupcakes for Sunday. one dozen Vanilla and one dozen chocolate. The girl I spoke to on the phone was rude, but I brushed it off as she was having a bad day. She said I had to bring in pictures of what I wanted the cupcakes to look like. ok, no problem. The next day I went in and showed them I simply want a light orange color icing on one dozen and a white icing on the other dozen. I showed pictures, the lady that was helping me very rude says "I don't get it you are showing me two different pictures. You need to print the picture out." I said, " I have two dozen cupcakes, I am just showing you the colors I want a light orange and white." The lady proceed to give me attitude and said she did not understand what I want and I had to print out pictures. I told her never mind and cancel my order. I have ordered from Swedesboro bakery before with no problem. I will take my business somewhere else. I do not appreciate someone who gives attitude right off the bat. Poor customer service
