Best oat latte I ever had, and I've had many. All the pastries were amazing. Delicious danish, Tofu-stuffed croissant was perfectly flaky, and the Cinnamon roll was fluffy and, very importantly, not too sweet. This picture does not capture how comically large the cinnamon roll was.
I was in Portland for four days and came here twice during my stay - it was that good! The food is absolutely delicious and the ambiance of the space is inviting and calm. The folks who work here are very knowledgeable and excited about what they do and I highly recommend checking this place out for their sandwiches, baked goods, and coffee drinks. Side note: bagel to cream cheese ratio is very important to me and Sweetpea absolutely nailed it :)
Spacious interior and seating, friendly and conversational staff/baristas. Excellent coffee that just hit the spot, and which perfectly complimented the pastries and sweet-treats we got!
This was my second time placing a custom order and it was a hit! Very easy ordering process and reasonably priced. Everyone commented on how good the cupcakes were and surprised to find they were vegan! I ordered vanilla with raspberry frosting, chocolate with coconut frosting, and red velvet with chocolate frosting. :)
Sweet Pea is my go-to spot for for whatever kind of day I’m having. Good day? I’ll celebrate with a lavender cookie! Bad day? Time to comfort myself with giant cinnamon bun! Long day? And iced rose latte latte will wake me up! Forgot my lunch? No worries, I’ll just get a tempeh BLT! Just a normal, average day? I should still probably head over and see what their specials are today! The food/drinks are always on point, the space is open and airy, and the staff are so lovely. Every day is a good day to go to Sweet Pea!
We had a matcha macadamia ring, a croissant stuffed with scallion bacon cream cheese, and soy lattes. The matcha ring was the highlight, and the lattes were very good. The croissant was good too, although it was more of the soft kind rather than crispy/flaky (maybe because it had cream cheese inside). The shop inside was cute, and they allowed our dog inside in his stroller.
This place is the height of plant-based indulgence. Tried it for the first time today traveling through Portland, and I will definitely pop in every time I'm here because DAM!!! That breakfast Sammie was sheer perfection. All the flavors were so pronounced and decadent *chefs kiss* I've been vegan 8 years and travel all over the US for work, and haven't found breakfast flavor like this anywhere else. Well done, Sweetpea! Circulate your money on this company!
This place is great. Lots of vegan options. We got the tofu scramble and waffle. The tofu tasted awesome. I got a chicken Cesar but that only ok. Didn't come pre mixed and I didn't get enough dressing. Overall I would go back. I didn't try the desserts but they looked great

I really enjoyed this coffee shop. I got lucky with an open comfy, brown leather chair and a delicious oat cappuccino. I also ordered the breakfast sandwich and opted to add the jalapeno salmon spread. Highly recommend that spread, it was amazing!!
I am not a coffee drinker but I had a latte from here and I really enjoyed it! Not bitter at all and they have some yummy flavors. Their bagel sandwiches are delicious as well, and everything is a great price. I took my food to go, but the atmosphere
