I don’t get why people keep complaining about the texture of their ice cream, it’s homemade! That’s the texture of most homemade ice cream and Sweet Treats isn’t a large factory produced ice cream place. It’s a small local shop but it is so good. Sweet Treats is the best ice cream in all of Iowa!I have been going here since I was little with my family and it has been an amazing and truly delicious experience every single time. The people are always so nice and it’s great after a night of sports or just for fun! I would definitely recommend. If I could give this place more stars it would be a 10 out of 5!

Tasty ice cream to enjoy with family and friends; there are several homemade flavors to choose from, whether in a cone or dish. You may also buy pints of ice cream to take home. There are good places in which to sit, either in the open or beneath the shelter. There is also an area with bench swings for young and old to enjoy. It's nice to have a local place like this to patronize.

Atmosphere is fun but the ice cream is far from great. It has an icee texture and flavors are made from syrup rather than real fruit and toppings. It was super expensive and not very good. Of the 7 of us, no one was impressed.

Nice little ice cream spot just up the road from Little Wall. They have some unique flavors and I was surprised by the german chocolate scoop. It was the right amount of chocolate and coconut. Their version of the blizzard was fine, but they do only let you get one topping. I respect the strictness to their standards, just be warned. If you see their food truck out it is worth a shot.

Amazing home made ice cream and other treats!! The whole family loves it!

A wide selection of homemade ice cream flavors. Single scoop is a generous portion. Nice outside seating area including swing benches. It's worth the trip and a fun summer treat.
