Too expensive and simple orders are not correct. This was my third time coming here and this will be my last. Ordered a 2 scoop Sunday with chocolate and mint ice cream. At the counter I received ice cream with no hot fudge. Sent it back. It was returned with very little hot fudge as the ice cream was already overflowing the small cup. After eating, I realized that I had received one very large scoop of chocolate ice cream and one very small scoop of mint ice cream. I will be spending my money elsewhere from now on
We stopped in quick tonight on our way out of town and are so glad we did. The ice cream was terrific and the two girls working were great. Those in our party that got the brownies in our ice cream agreed they were better than most everywhere else we've been. We'll definitely stop back when we're in town!
This ice cream shop was amazing! So many homemade ice cream flavors, affordable, open late and friendly. I ordered a large cookies and cream milkshake. They took their vanilla ice cream and mixed in a ton of Oreos. I was served the milkshake and it was a quart! This is a monster of a milkshake. Of course I finished it all. Definitely a must visit if you are in Jackson! Loved the cow inside and the ice cream cakes looked amazing.
Great place! Be prepared for a wait. They mix your toppings into hand dipped ice cream by hand while you watch. There's no rushing that. Worth the time waiting in line! The place was clean with tables inside and out to sit at.
I ordered this cake last minute and Janet made it happen! The cake was delicious and everybody absolutely loved it. It came out even better than expected and I will definitely be returning for all my ice-cream cake needs! ❤️
I am so sad because I truly loved this place. Today was a sad experience to see how one of the employees was extremely rude and discriminatory against a lady who happened to have an accent. She was just trying to get ice cream with marshmallows and this lady was so condescending. She abruptly interrupted the young lady who was making my order to tell her she can’t understand her, then she gave the utensils to the other young girl and told her “you finish her order” as she was rolling her eyes at the costumer. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and even though the ice cream is amazing, I would never come back to a place who treats people so poorly.
Horrible service yesterday, two girls working one had dark hair in a ponytail busting her butt waiting on everyone ,the other girl took 17 mins to make my Strawberry shake and looked confused, she couldn't find the strawberry ice cream cuz she ran out after a scoop. She could barely scoop the ice cream.Just a bad experience, next time DQ for sure especially when it cost $16 for a strawberry shake and two scoops of ice cream with one topping in it. Ridiculous.
We drive out of our way to get ice cream here. Love it!
The only negatives I saw was the concrete that needed to be fixed by the door and they do not have buttons to open the doors. I am assuming they use the side door for wheelchair accessibility because the main has steps. Our server was awesome. Menu p
Absolutely the best donuts in the entire State of Michigan. Just remember that theyâre cash only and are only open 3 days per week. Weâve been going here for years, ever since I was a little kid. The bakery is over 100 years old and is a Jackson

The Jackson Symphony Orchestra is truly a hidden gem in our town, often overlooked but impressively underrated. The classical concert was beyond expectations, a stellar performance that resonated deeply. Greetings from New York added a charming touch
Thank you for the wonderful candles you made for St. Aidans. We appreciate all you do for the religious communities and Jackson. You are amazing, God Bless!!
I dropped by for lunch, and I was surprised to find that the lunch counter is basically all the seating there is during the winter. Still, I found a seat quickly and the waitress was quick to take my order. I ordered a double olive burger with chee
JDL is Jackson's biggest asset. Hands down. Great books, programs, buildings, staff. Not the most spectacular library I've ever seen period, but it's our best local amenity. Makes living more bearable!
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. My family had an impromptu catchup here and they couldn't have been kinder and provided a great space. The coffee is perfection and highly recommended â¨â¨â¨â¨â¨
I am so thankful for the kind staff for whipping up this gorgeous corsage at the very last minute, before closing. They truly went above and beyond. The lady that put this together did such a beautiful job. Thanks a lot â¥ï¸
