I stopped by with a group for weekend brunch. It feels very cozy and nice inside. They have an ice cream bar by the entrance which has a lot of options. We ordered several items and they were all very delicious. The Oreo waffles are amazing!! I would highly recommend this spot as a good brunch spot for groups.
3.5/5. Cute little spot. Loved the decor and the setup. Was underwhelmed by the not so French Onion soup and the Tuna "Melt". Drink was good, service was exceptional. Would definitely pop in to the bar or for a quick cone when I'm back in the area but otherwise not much of it stood out to me.
It was great, food was so good! We both had benedicts and they were great. Definitely recommend the mimosa flight such fun selections for that.
Few weeks back we tried this place on a lazy Sunday morning for brunch. We were accommodated soon despite there being a waitlist. The service was good, we ordered lattes, they were filling and good, the white chocolate brownie mocha a bit too sweet but I personally loved the chocolate hazelnut latte. Next we ordered veggie avocado burger, California Benny and another sandwich. They tasted decent, the breads seemed a bit dry, the fries were just average. For dessert we ordered ordered funky monkey, which was just decent in quantity and taste. Overall it was an average experience.
Very cool find by Stony-brook University. Portions are very large (come hungry) and the mimosa flight was very tasty. Ice cream deserts are great and there are a ton of options. Staff was very friendly. Only downside is we Appetizer sampler was a bit on the smaller side.
It tastes as good as homemade food. A restaurant that feels like autumn.. I got a good impression
Typical American diner, big portions, coffee refills and really lovely service. However, if you are a vegetarian who likes healthy options this is not for you. You can sit in the bar with a coffees and have a chat, which is great. The location is also lovely, really, gorgeous Stony Brook village.
Great place to bring the family. Quick service. Decent food, all around. My kids almost always order waffles or some kind. They love them. (I generally only order burgers and chicken wraps, always good). We like the bar area in the back called Grandpas Shed and their outdoor dining area is really nice.
Every dish is tasty! Portion size is right to the price. Kids friendly and itâs a good deal with the dessert included. Atmosphere is quite relaxed, the bench supports look a bit greasy and wish the serving speed could be a bit faster. Will probably
Wonderful staff, especially Bartender Adam who makes the worldâs best Margaritas & Dining Room Manager Mary Beth. The new chef creates spectacular, delicious dishesâ¤ï¸
Great theater. The sound was good. But it's a little tricky to find. There are no signs in the Stony Brook college. We kept going around in a circle until we asked someone.
Quiet. Peaceful. Free parking. I love bringing my family here year round. The shoreline has gentle waves and the beach itself is peppered with an assortment of different colored rocks. My kids love walking the beach in search of a new beautiful rock
I absolutely loved my dining experience! In fact, it was so good I came back two days later. I thoroughly enjoyed the mango salad, Pho Ga (with grilled chicken) and the coconut pudding! The service was quick and servers were polite. Price was just ri
Very nice, elegant new place in the old Pentimento space. The food is pricey so be prepared. Three course meal is $79 and it's a good amount of food. You can order a la carte and try to save a few bucks as well. Three meals might be too much for some
