It’s so nice to have a restaurant I can eat EVERYTHING at!! And everything here is delicious. I’ve had lunch here, pastries, even ordered birthday cakes. The quality is consistently excellent, and everyone is so kind and fun to chat with.
It’s truly a gift to eat here! Every bite is full of health & love. Elizabeth and her team are so kind and helpful. If you are not sure what to have, no worries, they will do half and half. We couldn’t make up our mind on what donut flavor…. strawberry, vanilla, coffee or chocolate? Look at the photos below! They were all amazing! And the salad & sandwich was so flavorful and filling. Yum!!! If we lived in Colorado Springs, this would definitely be our go-to place for delicious healthy food!
My sister-in-law and niece highly recommended this place, and it's easy to see why. The bakery was impeccably clean, and its charming decorations added to the ambiance. I indulged in a scrumptious pumpkin whoopie pie that was incredibly moist and flavorful, without being overly sweet. I also purchased some pet treats that the staff assured me were made with only four simple ingredients. Lastly, I tried the rowdy mermaid in yuzu matcha flavor, which provided a wonderfully refreshing experience.
If you're looking for a really sweet place to go for baked goods and other food that is modified for all kinds of dietary restrictions, this is the place to go! Vegan cheesecake, cinnamon rolls, baking mixes, bread loves and MORE. So good! And there is so much love there! ❤️
There’s so much to love about Sweet Elizabeth’s. The ambiance, the philosophy, the choices on the menu. We went here for lunch after a day at Garden of the Gods. We were excited to find something with vegan options, and found the cafe extremely charming and cute. Service was very friendly and the place just had a nice warmth. The food was healthy but, to be honest, it was pretty bland. That said, I'd prefer that over something that’s so over-spiced you can’t eat it, and if you really like tasting the veggies and ingredients in the food, this is a great place to go. You could probably ask for salt or another spice, or if I lived here I would get it to go and spice it up at home a bit. It certainly wasn’t bad, and I loved how healthy it was. It was just very bland.
Just WOW! I ordered 50 cupcakes and one double-layered cake for my husband's military retirement. Everyone LOVED it! We got so many compliments and so many people asked where I got that cake from. People were also astonished that everything was vegan and gluten-free. Elizabeth and he husband (?) were super friendly and helpful. I can only recommend to order their cake!
We are regular customers at Sweet Elizabeth’s, and I can’t say enough about them! The big attraction is “gluten free/dairy free”, but they are free from ALL the top allergens (except coconut, I think). Anyone with food restrictions knows what a pain it is, but to order here is almost overwhelming bc of ALL the choices! And they’re literally all delicious; you can’t go wrong! Not to mention the owners are the nicest people!! You wait a little while for food, but that just means you’re getting fresh, whole food.
Sweet little bakery tucked in this little shopping center off Uintah. The cinnamon rolls are fabulous, as is their bread, and the veggie bowl! It’s wonderful to have a gluten free dedicated bakery just downtown. The staff is also friendly, and you can see the mountains from the front tables! Well worth stopping in to try it out.

Wow! Gluten and dairy free for over a decade. Probably that long since Iâve had fried chicken. The fried thighs with sweet potato fries were tasty and fresh from the fryer. The fry bread with cinnamon and sugar were a great way to finish the meal.
My bride and I enjoyed our stay immensely. It took a lot to coordinate a wedding and therefore didnât get to spend as much time as we wanted to at Chateaux as we wanted but the evenings were filled with romance due to the ambiance of the house. Th

The service in this spot is fantastic! It's a bit of a small shop but it's efficient and busting with flavor. I enjoyed this place so much from first entering. They do offer carryout and dine in, just know that the dining area is a little small insi

Recommend getting here early (especially on weekends) since the lot for Mt Cutler & Mt Muscoco fills up fast. Iâd rate the majority of the hike as âmoderateâ, but the last portion as âhardâ due to how steep it is (multiple 50% grades). Once
This is an absolute must!! My husband and I did the combo course, and it was well worth the money. We had the best guides (ask for Cole and Grant). If adventure is your thing, you will not be disappointed!
