Sweet Betty's Bistro - Bistro in Gresham - 543 NW 12th St, USA

We discovered this place a few years ago and from the moment I walked in, I knew this was my kind of place. The atmosphere is VERY inclusive and it it clear that social justice issues are very important to the owner. It always feels like a safe place!! The food is very tasty and service is always fast and friendly. I bring my mom in here weekly (as much as possible) and we always try to sit in the section where Jennifer is. She is so great :) I recently saw the advertisements for the drag/ burlesque and the drag/ comedy shows. I am so sad to have missed them both and I hope they have more going forward!! (Oh and you can't go wrong with ANY of the soups...YUMMY!!)

Good food, nice people, relaxed environment in a shopping center with the Best Buy, Verizon, and some shoe stores… Breakfast-Brunch was good- featured here my breakfast sandwich , fresh fruit and my partner’s French toast and omelette. Only thing I dont like is the weird way they serve creamer in a baby bottle which I find gross not cute or whimsical. Taking off one star for that. 🧚‍♂️

Sweet Betty's is an awesome little Bistro! Very lively and friendly staff. The decor is very fun and vibrant. The food is always delicious! We've been here a handful of times and are never disappointed. Their breakfast chicken sausage is very tasty. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

Food was very good. Flavorful and hot. Solid breakfast. Our waitress was a delight. As far as the atmosphere, I couldn’t tell if I was at a restaurant or a thrift store. The walls were full of what seemed to be random art and nicknacks scattered around.

Have had delivered and really enjoyed the food. Stopping in randomly on a Tuesday afternoon we enjoyed a chicken fried steak and the stuffed french toast. The food was even better in the restaurant. The atmosphere is fun and eclectic. Nice setting. Very helpful service. Will definitely be back.

I ordered the cinnamon French toast with bacon, potatoes, two over easy eggs. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly for me. French toast was moist and not dry. Service was good.

First time here today & we will be back. We were lucky enough to come on a weekday, so the wait time was minimal. We ordered the Ruben sandwich and “The Bomber” off the breakfast menu. Both dishes were great & nice portions. You can tell the food was with fresh ingredients. Also, the fries were great! Their drink menu had alot of fun options. Our waitress was friendly and the place seemed overall clean. We enjoyed the modern music and decorations- made the place pretty unique.

Sweet Betty’s is THE place to go in Gresham for breakfast/lunch/brunch. The team who works there makes you feel welcome, and if you’re a regular, like your family. The food is always high quality, and if there’s ever a rare issue, they make it right because they care about your experience. Sweet Betty’s is welcoming to all and truly cares about the community. The cocktails and mimosas are perfect accompaniment to your meal- I highly recommend the Bloody Maria (Bloody Mary with Tequila). See you there!
