Sweat Fixx - Gym in Wakefield - 383 Lowell St, USA

I started taking classes at Sweat Fixx in June 2022 - my only regret is not joining earlier!!! Although the classes are very challenging, they're absolutely worth it because I always walk out the door feeling strong. The instructors have the best energy and are always so kind, motivational, accommodating, and supportive (not to mention they play great music!). I'm so grateful to be a part of the Sweat Fixx family, this studio has truly helped me become a happier and stronger version of myself!

Could not ask for a better place to workout! I am so happy I found Sweat Fixx a year ago when looking for a new gym. From the very beginning, I've felt right at home. The instructors are all so friendly, and they program every class to be the perfect combination of fun and challenging. I cannot recommend Sweat Fixx enough!

My favorite workouts and workout community! I love that these workouts can be easily tailored to whatever level of fitness and strength you’re at. Modifications are always provided. I got in the best shape of my life with Elise, Ariel and Carrie before my wedding, and did SCULPT classes my entire pregnancy (I did a GRIT class with Carrie the day before I gave birth), and I’m slowly gaining my strength back postpartum with SweatFixx. I love everything about SweatFixx

Love love love SweatFixx, the instructors are welcoming, fun and knowledgeable. I had never rowed before and have been regularly attending classes for 10 months. The format for being able to easily sign up for classes and keep to a routine was a total game changer for me!

I have been taking classes at SweatFixx since 2019. It is a studio a ownership that continues to innovate its offerings, perks and community building. The group of athletes is welcoming and just plain awesome. Clean and hygienic studio(s).

You will not find a more supportive, welcoming community than Sweat Fixx! Elise and all of her staff make you feel welcomed and part of the “crew” whether it is your first class or 100th! They are also so appreciative of your business and really get to know their clients. The classes are all different and people of all fitness levels will be challenged.

So happy I found SweatFixx when I moved to the North Shore. I was looking for low impact but lifting heavy and SweatFixx is the perfect blend. The water rower has been awesome and also some fun competition with myself each class. I’m back in my workout routine and loving it.

This place is life changing!! You will never feel MORE motivated to exercise in your life! Classes are 45 minutes long and lots of time options. If you do one thing for yourself, check out this amazing gym and all its instructors. There’s some rowing, strength training, and cardio all wrapped in 45 minutes!!!
